and you can't really believe Klok will do another R/S anytime soon.

When Klok did the blindside R/S, existing shareholders were screwed, including you. Sorry for your loss, but this was a custodianship play. Custodianships are shells with bloated share structures. Most of them do reverse splits after they start trading again under new ownership.

And most of these post-custodianships fail, especially Caren Currier's custodianships. They are all gambles. Nobody is treating this any differently. It's an OTC gamble.

That said -- I don't believe Klok will do another R/S anytime soon, and I believe that if Klok can follow through with any of his plans, this lottery ticket could be profitable, because gold is sexy right now.

DON'T BELIEVE IT-- bet he does another one. There will be EXCUSES why its needed. RS 's ruin a co reputation-- forever. Especially when he said 1 for 672 then blasts with a huge 1 for 10K RS. DECEITFUL - A liar is a liar- nothing can change that.

He won't do another reverse split. The damage is done.

Yes I certainly understand everything you've said. Obviously it takes a considerable amount of capital to get into production and create revenues. Processing plants etc. I also understand you have to lay the groundwork to attract additional institutional monies. I think in the next 4 months we'll get a good idea of what the future brings. I have another mining company I'm involved in very similar and its taken them about the same amount of time renewing licenses, permits and a ton of other things. Got my fingers crossed on both of them. Good news as you said they're both in the right sector. Timing is good as precious metals continue to head in the right direction.

Let's review. He bought the ticker for $300,000, he's had it two years, he's generated zero revenues, and he did that massive R/S without warning that it would be 10X higher than previous disclosed. The OTC tier is Pink Limited. He's issued zero press releases and he's committed tens of $$ millions to his joint ventures even though Golkor had $1 million in total assets at last quarter end.

Those are the facts.

The only time funds go to the company in relation to the markets is when a company does an IPO. Uh huh, Klok did that massive R/S not because he wants to dilute and get more funds, but because.... let's see, didn't you say it was because he wants to uplist?

You say you were a broker, but you think the only time a company gets money from shares being sold is in the IPO. Heh.

The reason this PPS hasn't dropped to a nickel or a dime is because there is no volume and Klok hasn't started diluting yet. Notice that the A/S is 2 billion. You don't think Klok is looking at that and salivating?

An institution holding shares in a Pink Limited stock? Not likely.

Klok's massive reverse split blindsided everyone. He screwed over existing shareholders with that R/S because it was 10x bigger than anyone expected. If he wanted to change the R/S ratio and do a massive R/S he should have warned his shareholders instead of blindsiding them. And if you buy his stock now, you will become an existing shareholder -- no different from "all the shareholders that were previously in the old shell" that you say Klok is hoping will "sell and get out."

As far as Klok "[making] more progress from what I’ve been watching in the last 6 months than the other company that owned the shell did in 15-20 years...." what has Klok accomplished? I see some hype on his website but where's the PR or SEC filing documenting his recent "accomplishments?" Let's see some documented proof.

The last 10-Q shows that Klok hasn't done much of anything other than spending $500k in the last quarter to accomplish little. And he can't keep the ticker in the OTCID tier because he can't be bothered to meet OTC's little side requirements. His 10-Q isn't late. He's thumbing his nose at his shareholders.

Previous management was corrupt. The ticker went to EM. Let's face it: almost every custodianship turns into just another OTC POS, and GKOR is a fine example. Let's not try to pretend that INSTITUTIONS are interested in GKOR.

Also, explain WTF this CEO was playing with when he issued this press release that turned out to be bogus. (Klok is not involved with the LLBO shell in any way):

I'm sure you'll insult me now and say you know more about trading OTC stocks than I. Probably true. That doesn't have anything to do with GKOR though. If you're going to pump GKOR here you're going to get some resistance from people who've done their DD and think GKOR is a POS, so stop acting so surprised and indignant when you get some opinions that don't agree with yours.

Gold is sexy. If Klok had anything to offer here, this ticker would take off.

I must admit some of these posts are dumbfounding. I’m gonna post something that I posted earlier under a handful of other stocks I own. I began posting to simply voice my own opinion on this company and it seemed to immediately get into a pissing match. All I can say is the new owners have made more progress from what I’ve been watching in the last 6 months than the other company that owned the shell did in 15-20 years. Yeah they did a huge reverse spit and I get some older shareholders are butt hurt. Sometimes companies have to do what they have to do moving forward. Funny how people feel the need to bash these companies or new management and make statements like they were “deceived”. Heck if you feel that way sell your position and move along. This site is obviously full of keyboard warriors no different than social media platforms. Some probably don’t even own a share of stock. For those that do , obviously you’re hoping the stock will go up like all of us but yet you feel the need to go on an open public forum and bash these companies for the whole world to see because you’re feelings were hurt, or you think you're smarter than them, give me a break! Not very smart if you think about it. Also, I’ll say this again, I mentioned in a previous post they probably don’t care about people buying a few shares of this stock, that was simply my opinion and not the company’s. Of course fools posted if they don’t care now they’ll never care. I don't mind sticking up for companies that actually have a great chance to working out. Honestly after reading your last post I suggest you might want to educate yourself a bit more on how the stock market works. I'm only saying that because of your statement "biting the hand that feeds you" when someone buys a share of stock the money doesn't go to the company, it goes to the seller of the stock. The only time funds go to the company in relation to the markets is  when a company does an IPO. And btw anything I posted was simply an opinion by me and not the company. 

CEO? Nope, I just have more than a half of brain watching all my smaller companies stocks which I've been following on this site since they started in 2017. Funny how people own a penny stock for 15-20 years and because they didn't get rich yet they get pissed. You said you got most your money back so what you crying about? Let's say they did a smaller RS? Everything would be exactly the same but then I guess you'd find something else to complain about right? Honestly I never saw anything in regards to a smaller RS or no clue whatsoever the amount,  why should anyone care? When any stock splits regardless of forward or reverse, it doesn't change your monetary value one bit. Now had the stock dropped back down to a tenth of a penny which is where it was before the split then yeah gripe all you want. But it didn't which is a very good sign. I have to laugh at people bitching and moaning at what's going on when in reality if Golkor didn't buy this shell the fact is everyone would have been left with nothing but holding a bag. You apparently bought stock in the previous company and its performance over the last 15 years is no fault of the current people running the company now. If you think you were "deceived" which is completely false, by all means sells your stock and move along. If there was any deceiving going on Finra wouldn't have approved the split, period! I guaranteed as of this second the people running the ship right now could care less what the old shareholders think or want that bought into other companies that may have owned this shell previously. And I don't blame them. I've been in the situation personally of trying to get investment banking firms, family offices involved in many OTC companies and it's not easy. Whomever is making the decisions for this company wether it's someone on the inside or outside, in my opinion and experience they know exactly what they're doing. Cheers!

Wasn't pulling a fast one in my opinion. An institution probably required it to get involved. Institutions will not get involved or invest in OTC companies that have billions of outstanding shares. I was a stock broker and from there worked in the capital market space for years. Seen this many times which unlike others, I completely understand what they're doing. I expect they're also hoping all the shareholders that were previously in the old shell sell and get out.

Yeah it’s pretty funny what people post like this coop7 character. I’ve traded 1000’s of penny stocks over the years. Public shells get purchased all the time from other companies that failed. All I can say is the new Golkor people that purchased this shell have done everything they said they would do. They stated they were doing a symbol change and huge reverse split. People said they’d never get FINRA to approve it. Well they did. I’ve been watching the filings as well, they spent 10 million to acquire another project. Done! They’ve stated they’re going to up-list to NASDAQ and considering the progress that I’ve seen I’m sure they’ll accomplish that too. The best company I made money on over the years did exactly what these folks are doing. There’s absolutely no float in this stock currently which is why you see it bounce around when someone simply buys or sells a hundred dollars worth of stock. That’s actually a good thing. When they up-list it will create big trading volume which is what you want. I’ve followed their website as well which seems to get updated quite frequently. Something tells me they already have institutional money behind them, it only makes sense. Gonna be an interesting one to follow over the months to come for sure. Lastly, I don’t get bothered whatsoever by these internet trolls that post things to make themselves feel better, it’s happened to every single stock I’ve owned even the ones that have made me the most money.

All I can say is the fact that this stock hasn't dropped down to 5 or 10 cents, Im guessing something is going on behind the scenes. Guess we'll find out over the next few months or so. 🙏🏻

( the pump ) now the crowd starts buying because of greed and buy like crazy causing the price to go even higher. now the pumper goes in and sells after all the excitement and the share price starts really going south and walks away with a nice profit. and it goes on over and over until someone sees the pattern and sees what just happen as the shares plummet again. the old wash and repeat. when the shares scrape the bottom, ask yourself why someone would come in and spend way more than normal to up the price. I just gave you the answer. think about it and analyze it and ask yourself why.

KAT Exploration, Inc. (KATX) was a blank check company, or SPAC (special purpose acquisition company), founded in 1992 and headquartered in Sunny Isles, FL, that focused on acquiring an operating business in a growth industry. The company eventually ceased operations and failed to maintain its SEC and OTC filings, leading to its closure and deletion from the OTC market. now what do i do with this bag i'm left holding ?

Yes, I saw that, but on the right-hand side of GKOR's page, the green checked circle and "Company Verified Profile mm/yyyy" dropped off.

Which means otcmarkets is monitoring, and is ready to drop them into EXMKT unless Klok verifies the Profile.

Maybe it won't happen until 11/1/2025.
