Don't forget: Morgan released obligation (to CUBV) on the judgement to George Sharp without permission from Margaret.

She litigated that in court, and won.

She hired him originally as a Notary Public from Craig's List.

Morgan (the now appointed CEO of CUBV) acted without her consent, under the guise or understanding that George Sharp's judgement consideration would be indemnified at the closing of the merger with (xyz) Lithium Salton Sea company. (Whether true or not it's in the Tweets) That left Margaret's judgement in a precarious position. It's in the court documents.

So she sued him, and he was gone as the CEO.

Control Block LLC has 1 member, Margaret Willett." is what the filing says now So obviously MW didn't really sell the Shares to Ethan...
but then in the Asphalt deal she claims she owed those shares.... and blocked the merger....


in reality like I told Ethan he technically has the power to cancel her shares as CEO since they were fraudulently issued.. likely will piss MW off but in reality she and Marc could end up in Jail if the SEC/Finra actually did their job..

Most of us never said or knew Lithium was real , but when it hit .04s and then Margaret pulled the plug on the CEO's work which was still developing into more pps increase. Real or not, Mags pulled the plug at wrong time. We could have hit much higher then. Same with Ethan here. Real or not that last deal in the proper order would have allowed alot of us to sell and move on if we chose to, But it was amateurly handled. Now we are in purgatory once again.

Share price doesn’t just fall automatically post split. It gets forced down by restricted shares coming unrestricted in some way and expanding the float. And yes, if that happens, the share price will fall hard and fast because no one will bid on worthless air shares issued far below the split price. The most recent issuance in the filings was at .00001 which means that post split those shares are still worth 1000% more than they were issued for even if the price at which the split commences is .0001.

Ethan wakes up , sparks up, dreams of his 10k to 1 reverse split raising the stock price so it can fall again as he makes up more phony news that never comes true. as he drifts into the haze of the mountains he rides his trail bike and screams out " i love bag holders!!!!!!"

don't Think Ethan Understands the OTC Land he wants to do do a 1/10K R/S on us so that would put the share price at 2 dollars post split ok now its a lot harder to go up 100% from 2 dollar to 4 dollars in OTC land vs going from .0002 to .0004 or . 0004 to .004 to go to what .004 post split would be 2000% going up 2000% from 2 dollars would be like it going to 40 dollars not going to happen even with the best merger much harder its about 99% more likely for funr to go back to .0002 post split and lose all value for us then it going to 10$ post split... and all of us telling Ethan this have seen it happen hundreds of times in years of investing in high risk stocks.. and not having anything substantial backing funr there is a 99% chance that we'll end up back in .000 land sooner then going to 10 dollars in post split
