I keep adding with this low volume and the stock dropping for no reason because all other EV’s stocks are dropping including $TSLA . What I like about this company is the light asset model . Just look at what GM is doing now, they are getting rid of their dealerships. Fisker is advertising all over the world 🌎 in numerous countries with a small store where they have one to 3 vehicles so people can test drive. This is a new ERA and I like the fact that Fisker has a plan to grow that is attractive. Not to mention the design of the Ocean , Pear , Alaska Truck and Ronnin.

So pissed right now does this mean this has came to an end or anything here to think the company will get relisted under a different capital structure.

There's a 4-page document which comes up, 2nd page of which says this:

OBJECTION TO THE THIRD-PARTY RELEASE PROVISIONS SET FORTH IN ARTICLE XII OF
THE PLAN, WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE EXPRESSLY, UNCONDITIONALLY, GENERALLY,
INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY CONSENTED TO THE RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND

So, there are basically three (technically, four) voting options:
1) For (opt out)
2) Against (same as #3, as in do not opt out)
3) Abstain (same as #2, as in do not opt out)
4) Refuse to vote (which is effectively the same as #2 or #3)

Therefore, it's essentially only two choices: opt out or do not opt out, and the board conveniently doesn't provide a recommendation because if they did, retail shareholders would know to do the opposite of what the board recommends. However, by not recommending anything, the board is by default recommending inaction (or #4 which is effectively the same as #2 or #3). Ergo, I'm assuming the board doesn't want retail shareholders to choose #1, or opt out.

Apparently, no one in other message forums for trading understands what it means either, which means it was intentionally written with confounding language. It should be illegal to disinform retail shareholders in such a manner.

so it isn't just me not understanding then 😀. Copying the question here, hope someone knows what it means:

I had the same question. The provided documentation seems to be written in legalese, by design of course, so that retail shareholders can't even understand what's being presented. Can anyone here truthfully break down what the opt-out voting thing is all about?
