It is definitely the same company. Renee Gilmore is listed as a company officer on OTC Markets and Silverflume. I wonder why they bother keeping it current with the state at all. Perhaps they intend to get it trading again at some point or sell the shell.

There has been some confusion in the past about a similar company being this one!! Don't know if this applies to your search but anyone seriously thinking about taking this over would find out!!

FRCN's status is listed as active with the NV SOS which would probably make it unattractive to a custodian. It's possible they could make a deal with whoever is currently in control of the shell though.
