The share price is very clise to the $3 point now. It has veen an amazing run of late.

Been trying for more than an hour now yet I remain unable to add shares of CALZF.

Still have an order in place at $2.53 which is 3 cents above the ask. But no luck thus far.

Just now Googled Polynovo and learned that there are major developments happening.

Bottom line is that they add up to a huge change represented by earnings jumping from $9 million to more than $19.

Just Google for the lowdown as it is really phenomenal. I hold just 3,000 and plan on adding now before everybody catches on.

While I'm not exactly excited over this stock's performance over recent months I remain hopeful that the next earnings report will show some sign of life. I am as convinced as ever that good things are to come, just don't know when. I'm holding---neither increasing nor diminishing my position, at least not now.

This may never go anywhere I could wish but i continue to believe it's worth holding onto for the moment. Unfortunately it's not anything we could trade due to swimming too far beneath the radar surface.

So for me it's just an insurance policy that may never pay off. But that's how insurance works.

This stock trades in an interesting way, sometimes up, others---down. but through it all there's never any hint as to what makes it move at all.

But I continue to hold shares as stated in the past and look forward to something happening. When it does? I think we could rock and roll big time.

CALZF is one peculiar stock!

My formerly devastating loss has been correcting to the upside. Mind you, I'm not complaining as I've long felt this would eventually pay off.

I still figure it will, just on its own schedule and not mine.

I'm still underwater but I'm learning to use my gills so things may work out yet.

Someone else mentioned CALZF and Rcel not being able to co-exist, I think they can as well.

I have 3,000 of CALZF and agree. It doesn't seem like MGTE is concerned about increasing stock price anytime soon. It's been dead weight in my portfolio in that $1.15-1.85 range.

It seems like someone sets the Ask at $1.85 and only time we pop is when someone buys on the ask button. Lowest volume stock I have, it kind of sucks until mgte focuses on raising stock holder value or we get US FDA approval.

I'm not understanding your questioning there being sufficient room for RCEL and CALZF coexisting. Each has its own course of pursuits and those items aren't threats to one another existentially as I see it.

On another note, I wonder if FDA approval will impact on this stock's trading volume? It's so paltry and it has me holding back from adding. I currently hold just 3,000 shares of CALZF while I've got 60,000 RCEL.

I'd like to add to this one but my gut tells me to wait for broader market dynamics.

IDE approval so full FDA approval would be further out. I'm still loading up, RCEL and CALZF can co-exist since one is deep wound and CALZF will also go after the hernia market which has nothing to do with RCEL. Breast augmentation is down the line as well, again no overlap with RCEL.

You guys realized they're up for FDA approval in June? Read toward the bottom the article posted below, they expect approval by June 2020. This article is from April 21 2020 so it's recent. I loaded up another 800+ shares last week, some as low as $1.35

This could be the quietest FDA approval ever. I doubt things are as quiet once an FDA approval is announced, that's the holy grail. Check the insider purchases in March, the leadership team was loading up on shares.

Before this return to higher levels I have to admit I was tempted. But I resisted the urge as there's just too much lack of visibility---at least for the present. However, I fully expect to be adding just as soon as I sense a broader general market bias. Shares well under $1.50 are insanely cheap. The opportunity is obvious. The question remains, though:

How long am I willing to tie my money up as I await a less complicated road map?

So it's really a temporal issue having nothing to do with the company's share quality.

So I wait for now.

No, I'm not adding although I'm tempted daily. My eye is on RCEL. As I stated on the RCEL board I have buy orders set at $3.85, $3.75 & $3.75.

I think they will hit and if they do, it will likely trigger pulling Poly down further.

For now I'm just holding my breath and refusing to use margin.

Hey Jugs, I'm on the RCEL train & boards as well. Have you been nibbling at Polynovo as well during this pullback? I own a small position which I haven't touched during this mess, but curious if you're adding to your position here. It definitely doesn't have the press and liquidity of RCEL which is a concern.

Correction... buy @ 1.70 has not filled, been about an hr. Hmmmm... I'll let it sit and see.

Fantastic of you to chime in. I need all the help I can get as my knowledge of Poly is very limited. You are obviously a keen student of portfolio building as is obvious from your attention to detail as in recalling numbers of shares and their tranche price points.
I'm the same way and it suits me well as it enables me to keep most pertinent information up front and clogging my fingernails!

Frankly I cannot believe Polynovo could possible remain under the radar indefinitely. We RCEL folks are so passionate about the technology as well as profit potentials and here we have a third cousin presence in CALZF---it's a no-brainer for me and I'm excited to be on board.

Thank you so much for your contribution but especially to let me (and perhaps others?) know that you also care. That's the real deal in my opinion.

Listen, I was told about AVITA approximately a year ago when it was still on the OTC at 1.93, i bought 1000 shares then, at that price and then at$3,35 and then 5.00, and then 7.75 which I think was around the time it became RCEL on the Nasdaq. Also bought today at 10.39

Point is that Polynovo’s product works well withRecell and it is patented. I see no reason that their product “Novosorb” won’t continue to grow alongside Recell, however, Novosorb is also being used in a number of other applications aside from burn treatments.
Having said that, poly will soon need a cash infusion and even if novasorb becomes a standard of care product/process, it is unlikely it will ever be on the level of game changer like Avita is in my humble opinion.

Nonetheless, it should be worth $5 in the near future and who knows beyond that. Im in for 450 shares at 2.10 and will keep following

Just had to do it---

Picked up another 5 00 shares of CALZF at $2.11.

Revised cost basis is not $2.15.

That works for me for the moment.

Now holding 3,000 shares.

Interestingly that a year ago CALZF was selling for 56 cents. We're looking at a 4-fold increase.

Seeing nothing to get in the way of continuing success, I'm seeing incredible opportunity here and I intend on being part of it.

It's now three hours into the domestic market trading stage for Thursday and I'm pleased to report that I'm now holding:

2,500 shares of Polynovo, ticker symbol is CALZF.

Cost basis: $2.16, including aggregated commissions assessed for OTC trading fees of $6/trade.

My last trade was for 500 shares at $2.13.

I'm pleased. For those curious---take a trip over to Yahoo! to see how the share price has burgeoned over the past 52 weeks. Pretty impressive, especially for those of us sold on RCEL.

I'll remain a buyer here and will post transactional history as well as reasons for buying into the company.

Now holding 2,000 shares of Polynovo with an average cost basis of $2.17.

Nothing outlandish there so far as I'm underwater to the tune of $83.

But---and note I didn't say "BUTT!"

The rub here is that my current holding represents 14.6% of the daily AVERAGE trading volume for this stock!

It should be noted here that I have never sought to control the volumetric side of any stock I've held. By that I mean that if I were to put my shares up for sale in one fell swoop or one swell poop, sure---I'd effectively be rocking the company's boat.

I've never engaged in such business I'd have to call immoral. The only control I seek outside of gaining a profit through trading honestly is trying to be of service to others. Still, if I'm right in sensing that CALZF is going to fly much, much higher in the months ahead, then trading volumetrics will most assuredly rise well above current numbers. It is to be hoped that we investors will be in the receiving line.

Just picked up 300 shares of CALZF, improving my cost basis as I add.

That cost basis is now a $2.19 and I'm holding just 1,300 shares.

Granted, it's just a wee bit of the position that never was. (Huh?)

But it feels like a start.

Back not quite a year ago I launched my RCEL position(s) and now hold almost 72,000 shares. I'm all over it today being as the price is down into the low $10.30 range.

There's no way I could envision building a similar position in CALZF but I'm patient enough to avail myself of the opportunity to add while "working" the share price. And it's so cheap, I'm not concerned with the potential for loss---not yet, anyhow.

It finally dawned on me that this could be the right time for me to take the opportunity to dip my fingers into Polynovo. (CALZF)

I've been an ardent supporter of Avita (RCEL) for about a year. I try to contribute here at the IHUB board, focusing not so much on the medical technology but, rather, how to approach investing in this stock. And now I've placed a tiny bet on Polynovo, explanation to follow:

Starting with just 300 shares this morning at $2.40 and buying a few more at lower prices, I now stand at:

1,000 shares of CALZF with an average cost of $2.21. This includes the $6/trade charged by Ameritreade for Pink sheet designations. It should be noted that while I will not involve myself in pinks, this is a special instance as the "F" attached to the ticker symbol is the only way this stock domiciled in Australia can be traded here in the States. It is not about the stock and its quality. It is solely about machinery set up to handle large-scale brokerage trading business.

I'll be sitting on this stock pick, hoping to add some more as we go forward.

Even the most cursory look will reveal that, as with RCEL, CALZF, too, has shown remarkable acceptance in the burn business. It has yet to catch on with the U.S. audience, I believe. Trading volume is remarkably low. If I can build my position from here, I might just move past petty concerns about volumetrics working against my trading instincts.

There is a frequent concern raised that the two stocks mentioned within this post are in competition with one another. Nothing could be further from the truth.

As a matter of fact, the thing propelling me to launch my position hit me before I was fully awake---I'm thinking it's possible that Avita and Polynovo just might be considering a merger of some sort. It would make a lot of sense to me in some respects but I'm not prepared to present a case for such a transaction. However, Polynovo has some things in its arsenal that I believe could prove to be of immense value to Avita in terms of their respective medical technological breakthroughs.

As for Poly jumping in bed with Avita? Think of it as though Poly were in search of a reverse merger opportunity. Avita is traded on a global stage via NASD. Poly has no such trading platform available, thus necessitating the Pink sheet status. That suggests in my mind at least that this might just become a marriage made in Heaven.

It would be great to hear from others on this subject.
