I couldn’t agree more, we were lied to with that “November” garbage…I don’t want to hear anymore about “The Great American Mortgage Company” or IPO…I want to hear ‘uplist’, reduce ERCF, cancel SPS, etc…when you’ve got a genius like Ackman spelling it out for them and no one is listening, I’m not sure they (or the ultimate deal maker himself) have any idea what they’re doing at this point!

Like I said. No one cares . These people are the congressional version of the modern day OTC penny pincher . That’s their job . Its what they do . It’s why they are there in the first place. They would throw grannie under the (FNMA) buss if there was a dollar to be made with inside info on Fannie.Grannie is safe there is NO inside info .

Not “we thought” , in stead, we were told directly and firmly by the highest ranked leaders of this nation.

I was poking around on govgreed.com. Thought I'd see if their AI found any people in government trading FNMA. Not what I was hoping for.

ZERO Financial Services Committee members are trading $FNMA.

The 87-member Financial Services Committee (House + Senate combined) has no overlap with the $FNMA traders in the system. The only recent meaningful trade is Debbie Dingell's $50K-$100K buy on May 26, 2026 — and as we confirmed, she's NOT on Financial Services.

What this reveals:

No committee-jurisdiction signal — the politicians trading $FNMA are not the ones with legislative authority over mortgage finance or GSEs
No coordinated insider timing — if Financial Services members were loading up before a markup or vote, we'd see it here. We don't.
Minimal congressional interest overall — only 3 active traders (Dingell, Suozzi, K000387), and Suozzi's activity ended in 2020
Bottom line: $FNMA has essentially zero congressional trading activity relative to its importance as a GSE. Either (a) Financial Services members are avoiding the appearance of conflict by not trading it, or (b) there's no active legislative push on mortgage reform right now. Either way, Dingell's recent buy stands alone — no herd, no committee correlation, no legislative catalyst detected.

Maybe Pershing square maybe other big fish hiding in the pond. I suspect capital group gave up some shares in lieu of some kind of deals behind of doors. Looking back on what has happened since last May, things are so shady and creepy.

Yeah but that's assuming he's right. He's just an investor who kept trying to get his idea through. Ok maybe just an investor is understating it but he's still not the one who actually makes the decision. No one would hope that she was being put on hold for the SpaceX IPO getting so much attention

When Ackman was accumulating, he would have made sure prices go down as he is no saint to load up without prices falling for our sake. So that gives us possibly one good reason on the s hare price fall, but I am not yet back on the optimistic wagon of "we are next" yet as I believe the "no rush" comment from the horses mouth than what we hear from horseman's mouth (just for jokes horseman, no need to respond and defend your positivity)

I feel like most of us here should have had long enough to think about the dream of "one day." I suspect the reality could shift things for some when it moves from dream to reality but I've known what I want for a long time. I have a deep and sincere love and respect for animals, nature and the environment as well as travel. To combine all of those as my "job" while saving lives is something I know will never change. May we all be ready to follow our dreams should this, one day, become reality.

Sorry I don’t want to be negative but have stock prices been beaten down badly whenever he was/is adding positions. I don’t think Capital group would sell their shares at such low levels so the shares gained are likely from small distressed investors when the prices were driven down to $3 or $4.cxx by the shit OTC manipulation. Capital group could have the option to transfer their holdings to others in exchange of other types of investment assets other than selling.

my favorite daydream is what happens when i wake up to an 8 figure FNMA & FMCC position later this year.

i'm already a millionaire with a paid off 5 bedroom, hawaiian themed pool, and great quality of life. but what refinements would i make if ALL money concerns are erased?

i'm 41. wife in her 30's. 4 children. i think it most accurately reflects in us both redirecting about 50-70% of our energy just to becoming the best parents and affording our kids all the time/energy into pursuing their passions and educations and fitness. making sure my wife can free up 95% of her energy to just be a great mother. and personally, leaving the day job, redirecting my efforts into my somewhat stagnant small business, possibly looking for our dream ranch/State to relocate to, and reenergized focus on health/fitness/quality of life improvements. home sauna, home gym, some chickens, 20+ acres, a warehouse/office on my own property. more time and investment into my own company. no more commute, no more renting office space, etc.

one of my favorite past times is the examination of this dream. for someone who lives quite humbly/frugally in most aspects of life, having a 5th child? moving my family to the midwest on a giant piece of land? returning to my native texas to be closer to my aging parents? building a family compound so inlaws or parents can spend the last of their days 100 ft away? or just dramatically improving our lives we have already built and staying where we are?

i never was that close with my father, due to his workaholic nature and HEAVY stressors he had as a patriarch of not just his family, but extended family, and moving away prior to his retirement, so spending some golden years with him at the end would be amazing.

or do i basically firesale my own company and just spend my time tinkering as a pretend hedge fund manager/investor with 10-20% of my assets.

no cars, or watches, or really anything consumption based thrills me. my most expensive watch is around $30. casio a168 retro silver watch.

while i don't think volunteerism really excites me, i do ponder what service to my family and spiritually would look like when i'm allowed to 'slow' down.

part of me thinks i won't know what to do when i wake up to a $12M-$18M account balance, which i find somewhat 'imminent'. feel like i'll be value investing (cosplaying) on 5 screens, and injecting myself with bizarre peptides called 'wolverine' and 'hulk' within a year.

Retire from working for a paycheck. My wish is to spend the rest of may days volunteering for Ghost Divers, volunteering at Animal Sanctuaries, volunteering in Environmental Cleanups, etc. My "Retirement" term is simply referring to the work for paycheck. I will speed up, not slow down in "retirement." I've planned this MANY years and am anxious to do these things on a more frequent basis than I am currently confined to.
