I am pleased to announce the Nomination of very Highly Respected Jay Clayton, former Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the former Head of Sullivan & Cromwell, one of the most prominent and successful Law Firms anywhere in the World, and the current United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, to be the next Director of National Intelligence and, importantly, to serve in my Cabinet. Few people anywhere in the Legal Community are respected at the level of Jay. I encourage the United States Senate to confirm Jay as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter! No major Wall Street banks had been officially attached to the privatization plan.Prior Representation: Sullivan & Cromwell has long-standing ties to the housing finance ecosystem, having previously represented Fannie Mae’s board during the 2008 financial crisis takeover and defending major financial institutions against lawsuits brought by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) on behalf of the GSEs.Current Status: The IPO and spinoff efforts have reportedly stalled. The privatization process has faced significant delays, complicated further by FHFA Director Bill Pulte taking on additional, temporary responsibilities within the administration.Market Impact: Despite the delays, the administration has stated that a public offering remains on the table, though experts indicate that resolving the conservatorship could take months or years. If you are looking to track the legal and regulatory developments surrounding this privatization, I can:Compare the differences between Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's current financial recoveriesProvide updates on the FHFA's regulatory changesDetail the implicit federal guarantees being debated for their potential public stockWould you like to explore any of these areas?FHFA Authorizes Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to Support Additional ...Mar 24, 2020 — The FHFA regulates Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the eleven Federal Home Loan Banks. ... I applaud your persistency, such a grinder but your posts don’t matter. They have done this so long it’s become normal and nobody cares but us!
Unfortunately we can’t put a dent in the outcome of midterms, there simply isn’t enough of us patriots.
And Trump knows this but how can anyone level
minded even consider the other side ?
We have no where to turn. Boy would I like to see Maria or Charles ask Pulte, you stated you wish you could invest in these companies in the $12 range, the stock is nearing $5 now, the companies according to the Trump
Admin are valued at 1T, fraud prevention measures are now in place and effective with AI, what do you say to these people now that believed you?
Do you still wish Mr Pulte you could invest in these companies ? Can you explain why the stock has dropped nearly 70% since its highs?
What’s changed sir?

Well, nobody (including all of you reading this) are selling your shares. They were just rebalancing/spreading risk the past few months. Big JPS had to swap, negotiations to settle the lawsuits are done, Pulte is Dni head fake but has 30 days to recommend capital reform, Walsh is in (who cares about a rate cut it is how spreads are functioning, it’s housing month or something like that, 1 trillion (if it’s worth half we are golden), Charles Payne pressing…the list goes on. I would assume it will be creative and I would also assume this month or sometime in July. The housing bill will mascaraed any negative f2 press and provide cover is what I think we wait for now

Trust me, Trump did NOT send Pulte to DNI to do ANYTHING for F2. He's there entirely to dig up dirt on elections, the Russian Hoax era nonsence and expose it, as well as some intel dept firings. NOTHING he will do there will help F2 because he and Bessent have ALWAYS held the keys and the power to work together to end this and they've both punted to Trump who has much higher priorities: AI equity stakes, Intel chips equity stake, Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, 250th celebration, D.C. beautification, D.C. crime, the border/ICE funding, push national defense budget to $1.5T and on and on and and on ... ALL worthy causes, but ALL ahead of F2 when they long ago had EVERYTHING they needed to IPO (last year).
I believe it happens this year BUT THEY already have ALL the smoking guns they need. Pulte will spend ALL his time there looking for Trump's election and Russian Hoax era smoking guns, but he will be fought EVERY step of the way by insiders, Congress, and whatever press and media support they can drum up. He will spend NO TIME on F2 while there. Our best hope for faster action is the appeals court gets their act together soon and finishes off the Lamberth case.

Just like they did on Border Funding, the Radical Left Dumocrats are trying to take our National Security hostage because of unrelated issues. They should stop playing politics with the safety of our Great Country.
I have named William Pulte to be Acting Director of National Intelligence, who will take over on June 19th, and have asked him to execute the immediate and needed downsizing of the office, reverting staff to their home agencies. At the same time, I am looking for a permanent ODNI Nominee with experience in National Security.
FISA 702 is very important to our Military, and keeping the American People safe, especially during the World Cup and America250 Celebrations. If nothing is done, this important Law will expire this week. I am asking Congress to send me a short-term extension of FISA to provide time for the selection and confirmation of a permanent Head of the Agency. I would like to thank Director Pulte for his time and commitment. President DONALD J. TRUMP https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/116726429558380513

Here are the ugly facts on the whole 11000 documents, pulte, DNI situation:
1. Sweeney REJECTED the governments executive privilege claim on the FULL 11,000 documents a very long time ago; the vast majority of those documents are already public; I think Guido shared a link not long ago - the same link with the Jim Parrott email
2. There are some documents that remain under seal, they include:
Privileged Communications: Records containing sensitive legal strategies, attorney-client privileges, or specific communications to which plaintiffs were denied raw access.
Proprietary Business Secrets: Documents detailing trade secrets, private corporate financial models, or internal metrics that could cause competitive harm if fully disclosed.
Deliberative Process Privilege: Select internal executive branch records pertaining to White House and Treasury policy formulation that are shielded from public view.
3. For those still under seal above it is because of the remaining litigation that we are all waiting on the final results.
The authority to release the remaining sealed documents rests primarily with the presiding federal judges overseeing the shareholder litigation, alongside the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) as the originating agencies.
The final ugly truths:
1. Moving Pulte to Acting DNI has NO EFFECT on getting or releasing these documents. This CAN ONLY BE UNILATERALLY DONE by the presiding judge in the case, OR
2. FHFA & Treasury would need to inform DOJ they are removing their objections to having them released, in which case the presiding judges would still need to approve - likely they would if government removed their objections ...
So, continuing to fight these cases in court while NOT removing their objections to the remaining sealed documents lays the blame ENTIRELY with Pulte and Bessent's agencies (I guess indirectly with DOJ as well). The DOJ likely has rules that prevent them from just dropping cases, but Pulte and Bessent should be able to use their executive powers to remove their objections and ask the court to unseal the documents. In my view they all have additional unclear motives to keep the status quo, but Pulte at DNI will NOT change that.
