Liking the financing for their move to automation, and completing facility improvements. With a facility this size you need all the automation you can get. Hopefully if they spent every penny wisely this will get them to cash flow positive in 2022. Good start for upper management to take pay cuts to make it happen. Looking for more cost cutting as automation takes effect. Flower One needs to use this new runway to take off :) Fingers Crossed. glta

Really informative FOX NEWS SPECIAL REPORT on the Flower One operation. It takes you inside the facility where you will see employees at work producing Flower One products. Saw some Cookies/Lemonade products coming off the production line. Drone shots from above show just how massive the Flower One facility really is. Impressive looking operation to me.

Flower One did a recent virtual presentation where they disclosed Flower One produced products were in 90% of Nevada dispensaries, and they maintain 15% wholesale market share in the state. They also mentioned their growing cost was only 58 cents per gram, which is way cheaper than the competition. Like :)

To me the only thing holding Flower One back was COVID's effect on Nevada tourism, but that's almost over with Nevada just now lifting the mask mandate. Expecting record sales in 2022 if Vegas gets back to normal. Fingers Crossed :) glt

Idiot bill that is in writing stage, not yet ready for prime time, is basically a draft.

Might as well have announced a commission too study the issue. Entire industry is down because of idiot Schumer and small gang haven't thought the entire bill and consequences through.

A 25% federal excise tax (or sales tax) on top of 20 to 30% of state taxes WILL KILL legal marihuana. Can you say BLACK MARKET resurgency?

This stock should be doing a LOT better than it seems to be. I think FLOOF is stuck in same rut as all the small weed companies are. Banking issues, write-off issues, tax issues, all municipalities writing regulations and adding excise or sales taxes...

List goes on and on but maybe the industry will see some relief by end of year. US congress doesn't seem to be able to deal with more than one issue at a time and MJ is not there yet.

Athletes getting banned for legal consumption of POT may raise awareness.

Dilution in Under ONE minute today

Today, July 2 saw almost one million shares SELL from 10:09 to 10:10.

Two days ago, FLOOF paid interest via stock allotment instead of cash. 956,194 shares to be exact. Today, it appears ALL those shares sold in under a minute and drove price from .19 PPS to .1625 PPS. In under two hours, the stock has recovered to .1786.

Float is about 350 million shares. So stock dilution was under 1/3 of 1%.

It will be interesting to see how long it takes to get back to today's open price of .20 PPS.

So I've sold at a loss about 25,000 shares in last 60 days. Today, I bought 6000 shares. Pure speculation that maybe, just maybe, BellRock can finally report 2020 financials and perhaps 2021 first qtr results.

Great trade! And yes its good to move your money around, however, I would never sell it all,,,why? Well when company's need money they find help, or partners, or something, or a buy out, just saying seen this before, now if they had like green house that was not the best on the planet, then maybe selling all would be ok, I think its a big gamble to sell all of any mj company,,,you still made a great trade,,,even when this is at a dollar:)

Too much debt for me, when there's too many other solid plays in this sector. Not enough communication from Flower One.
If you don't pay your bills, you get behind.
At a time when you should be moving forward your sinking deeper.
