Las Vegas, NV, August 11, 2022, 2022. FansFrenzy Corporation (the "Company") (OTC: FFZY) is pleased to announce that it will acquire majority control of the gold mining company, Greenhills Holdings Corp. Las Vegas, NV, July 6, 2022. FansFrenzy Corporation (the "Company") (OTC: FFZY) is pleased to announce Anishinaabe Protector Foundations investment of six million two hundred and fifty US dollars ($6,250,000) will consist of the following:

Two million dollars ($2,000,000) will result in the issuance of eight million (8,000,000) common shares, and eight million (8,000,000) warrants convertible into common shares at the price of sixty cents ($0.60) per share. The warrants will have a conversion rate of one warrant to one common share.
