Okay, it's on life support, but there is still a pulse, however weak. Maybe one day EWKS will come out of its coma.

I just checked in now and looked at the board and you basically posted what I was just thinking. Have a few million from way back. Hopefully this gets picked up and maybe goes somewhere. Who knows. Anything can happen and the bags turn to bags of money.

Just curious as to how many people, besides me, still hold shares of EWKS. Does anyone think this will ever move again?

EWKS may not be dead and buried yet, but at the least it's in intensive care with a DNR.

I'm doing the same. I've got 10 mil I've held for longer than I can remember. It's make or break.

Got a notice today that if EWKS doesn't get their .... together by August, it will go the way of bell bottoms and mullets. Any guesses on whether or not they'll become reporting again? My guess is that we're hosed.

The Commission is providing a compliance date that is nine months after the effective date of the amended Rule, except for the compliance date for paragraph (b)(5)(i)(M) of the amended Rule. The Commission encourages such persons to submit relief requests expeditiously during the nine-month transition period. The Commission notes, however, that it will consider relief requests at any time, including after the nine-month transition period.

On and after the nine-month transition period, broker-dealers that publish or submit quotations in a quotation medium, qualified IDQSs that make known to others certain broker-dealer quotations and make certain publicly available determinations, and registered national securities associations that make certain publicly available determinations would be required to comply with the amended Rule when they perform those activities. The Commission staff intends to offer assistance and support to covered entities during the transition period and thereafter, with the aim of helping to ensure that the investor protections and other benefits of the amended Rule are implemented in an efficient and effective manner.

Looks like someone picked up a few shares today. It would be nice to know what, if anything, is happening with EWKS. It's nice to see that the MMs are still active, though.

It will rise from dead some day but we can wait for that momment a bit.
