EVBC, CURR and EPTI mentioned in the litigation release by the SEC on October 2nd about Roger Knox et al. Look for suspensions and revocations to follow for these because of being complicit in fraudulent insider trading. There is also a list of 20 tickers involved in the scam of about 50 in total.

Looks like EVBC is basically a non-operating shell now.

I had this on my watchlist and it still is. I never got in on it . .I watch for Volume to Ramp up with very little price movement and monitor the days after for the right set up to take place . .You guys think this will bounce back in 6months or so ?

They are holding tight to their shares even a 70+% drop couldn't shake them loose. . I'll keep this on my watchlist

What I said is pretty much accepted reality for suspended stocks. And I have been watching them for 7 years. (Funny, considering PSS was formed only six (6) years ago. For me, my professional career in trading will be thirty (30) years next year. Curious if PSS principals were even out of diapers yet, and I can promise you, their respective parents had not even received an AOL disk in the mail yet)

Unfortunately yes, assuming it even trades at all. An SEC suspension is pretty much the end of the road for an OTC ticker with very very rare exception. Especially when the SEC is questioning "accuracy and adequacy" of information put out by the company. That is their polite way of saying...the company lied and thus committed fraud.

To say the least, it was a very random suspension. They said wash trades. This thing only traded 30k in volume. There was no wash trades. Obviously someone had complained to the sec who knows. When playing w promotion stocks. It’s part of the game. Sorry for your loss!
