This is the same as the grey market but the only difference is that the expert market uses computers to link the brokers instead of them having manually calling other brokers for quotes and share availability... So it really just uses computers instead of the phone... Still no bid or ask though... It makes a the trade process much faster than on the regular grey sheets... IMO... hope this helps some

here is what we know.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of EURI because of concerns
regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace and potentially
manipulative transactions in EURI’s common stock

the sec will not talk about any investigation because they may bring what's called "further enforcement actions". they have five years to do that and it is not all that unusual for further actions to come years later. further actions could include all or some of the following; bans, disgorgement, or fines. therefore you will not hear anything about a continuing investigation. the sec does not issue "all clears" but on very, very rare occasions the will issue a "no action" letter.

So does anybody know what the suspension was for? Was there any details or outcome of the investigation? I could trade it with TD but after it dropped so low there was no point.
