Since ozone is the strongest, safest, and fastest antimicrobial agent in existence, it only makes sense that Eco-Safe would take the national lead in having it approved for this purpose."

Elliot continued, "Eco-Safe was the sole sponsor of California Assembly Bill 1427 which was signed into law by Governor Brown on Thursday, September 27. Since food code legislation is determined on a state-by-state basis, this paves the way for follow-up legislation throughout the United States.
