TRIPS. End ENZC for good! 

The lack of trade regulation on the OTC:PINKS, is the problem if the SEC is not going to monitor or control white collar crime then less investors will be willing to jump in on these start ups.Its at the tipping point now one big TV investigation and it will be in the garbage can .Its up to them but who many fraud/thefts will it take ? I invested in 10 companies and 4 were frauds !!!!

I don't pretend to be a stock manipulator or investigator, but the SEC case filing did a pretty good job of defining what happened. How that happens without being caught earlier, is the lack of trade regulation on the OTC:PINKS, is my best guesstimate.

Yes, always a risk with the SEC's cases. With Penny stocks, shareholders rarely see money come back. We will be contacting them in an effort to share information, and they are interested in that, but they're keeping tight-lipped on most of our questions so far.
That being said, this case is SEPARATE, and not conjoined to the SEC case, at this time. We'd only accept some joint petitions and pleadings, if and only if, they'd sign off or prioritizing shareholder interests. If not, we'd only offer to trade a few pieces of evidence in adding CCC to their case, should anything else prove un-doable.

Harry probably can't cover the $92 million he'll owe, and probably not even a reduced settlement if the SEC allows it either, so shareholders probably won't get squat from that SEC case either. Chandra has some resources he's been kind enough to provide proof of, so we'll have the lawyers go after each member of CCC and see where it all falls. The only bummer is that if this has to go full-class-action, it could take a while to hit court.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is the future SEC decision the building block for the lawsuit, or is it completely separate?

I had a stock eons ago, JAGR... Still listed, but not really still in existence... The CEO or founder, can't remember, was convicted of Securities Fraud like everybody in ENZC is eligible for, and he went to Watch Your 6 Slippery Soapville, but I didn't get a cent back. The Seattle Division of the SEC or whatever had me fill out a form and I never heard back from them.

Only lost around $1000, which made me forget to even approach a lawyer because it was "only" $1000... There was no lawsuit for that penny scam.

Barry Kostiner was/is the CEO of SAGA which is the failed SPAC that was attempting to purchase (or may have purchased according to ENZC leadership) the IP from Enzolytics (without money) by using shares that SAGA created out of thin air.

Our top priority is ensuring Trump is inaugurated on January 20th. Once that happens, we can look forward to him addressing the corruption within the SEC and other compromised agencies. With a reformed SEC, we can expect swift action against Harry and his associates to restore ownership to the CCC group. I sold more than half at loss when Enzc share price dropped to one hundredth of the prices I paid. This was probably about the time after everyone on the forum learned that CCC have left ENZC without legally telling shareholders about it.

Well, the SEC action named Harry, his wife, the now-on-the-run Kelli Austin again, and four other older partners in illegal share sales and money movements. It fails to name any person in, or tightly associated with the CCC group, which was the first alarm raised with us when reading through the case filing. It also wants Kostiner, who is also attempting to evade authorities and new, separate court actions against him.
Quite the den of thieves.
I can tell you; the actual accumulated outstanding share and shareholder counts are well exceeding anything we projected. It appears actual shares bought may have exceeded 2 billion of his 3 billion float, and much of that was never disclosed to the SEC or in any other filing. That $92 billion dollar suit brought by the SEC, may barely cover the dollars poured into this stock.
Many sold off before the official management split up in early March of 2024. Chandra claims it was an illegal vote held in a hotel, privately, by Harry and his cronies to both force and let CCC out with their IP's in-hand, unscathed by the separation. This is probably the last honest thing Chandra has said in all of 2024.
We're all hurt and angry, but need to juggle this carefully if there is any resolution to be found.
There are some positive aspects of this suit coming, and we're trying to cover everyone damaged, but many sold off before February of 2024, and they can't have standing in a lawsuit where evidence and decisions came about that actually perpetrated the defrauding of the investors. That could change in discovery, but it can't be certain.
If you held shares until 3/1/2024, and did not buy any new shares after 4/30/2024, all of those shares may give you standing to try and recover a resolution. Anyone buying new shares after the mismanagement became public knowledge, will probably not have a valid claim, as you'd expect. You could sue just Zhabilov, but the SEC gets him first, so good luck.
Our suit concentrates on other counts of fraud CCC perpetrated both with Zhabilov, and on their own. We certainly name Zhabilov, but our focus is on the more cowardly fraud of the CCC group.

I like to find a couple of court document in this pile of court documents with CCC names on them and track the progress on them. Harry and Dannie Zhabilov names are on many if not all court documents.
Does anyone know how much monies have Charles, Chandra, Harry, Dannie, and others have illegal sold ENZC shares in the back office? I know how much I lost. I bought ENZC shares at retail prices every month when I got paid. Feel very hurtful and angry

Yes, on all counts. The Cotropias had considerable resources to begin with, and opening new shell companies is almost a scot-free operation if one of you is already a lawyer.

Chandra, out of pure ego, has been showing off quite a bank account statement. Wonder where Mr. All-Talk generated that sum(?)

It sure was not from any normal revenue-generating operation at ENZC, the only thing happening there was share sales and additional, illegal share selling in the back offices. ENZC, in a virtual sense, never generated more than a few hundred dollars, once selling tainted water on Walmart shelves.

They share liability, in equal sums, for Zhabilov's operations. No question.

I briefly scrolled through the legal documents, and I have not found ones with Charles and/or Chandra names on them. We need to go after the people who wronged us and have monies. Charles and Chandra are just guilty as Harry and the rest of them.
I know we talked about this before. I believe that Charles and Chandra are also guilty and should not go Scott free just because they gave the dirt on Harry to the SEC. They owe us our money bc they are also a part of the lying scam. The SEC will not give us back our lost hard earned monies. Charles, Chandra and Harry and the rest of the owe us monies. Charles and Chandra bought big houses and opened new companies. Gees.. I wonder where they got their monies from to do all this?

Personally, IMHO, I believe KoP to be a shameless pumper, who I actually know has stayed in direct contact with Chandra. He's still blindly pumping Adnexus, with all sorts of negative indicators currently out on Adnexus & CBDW right now. (Some stock expert) I've seen nothing of consistent integrity about him, just check out his posts on X.. Sad joke of an 'impartial good character' as one of his buddies described him to me a couple of months back.

He's even got a recent post up about CBDW reducing shares and retiring them, just as they've posted news about a 2nd dilution in 2 months coming up, that if not all new shares are sold at a premium bundled price of .10c pps, (and they're at .013c pps right now as I type this) they will be liquidating the CBDW company completely and shutting down in 2025.

So, KoP to me, is a nasty liar looking to make big jack on what he thinks is good insider info.
My opinion is an extreme BUYER BEWARE on anything he recommends. Same with any online fools pushing every crypto-currency ever known on Earth. You can make money there, but it comes with higher risk than just about any other stock you could be involved in. Hell, Godfather Cap spends most of his life fantasizing about Crypto, and he really hits them all.

Everyone can still get in. In fact, it would be great of all shareholders got in, lends more court credence if they see a much more accurate scope of just how many shareholders were harmed and what the actual dollar amount will be. From our own observations, the number of shares and shareholders was even larger than we first projected.

The website is most certainly live before the end of December, so everyone will see it shortly, if not sooner. The edits were all completed to be in legal compliance, a lot of content had to be taken off actually and some updated for legal reasons. It's been quite a time-consumer, and our group all works other full-time jobs. (That and the lawyers both consulting us and reviewing the case are slammed with their own court/docket schedules too.) It's been longer than I wanted, but its almost done.

We have not taken any donations yet for legal costs. That could be forthcoming, but the donations won't be going to me. Many here on IHub have very politely offered to do so, and we had to politely turn them down with honest explanations as to why. Even more on Twitter/X are offering to pitch in too, and we have not accepted one red cent. The group I'm working with have share resources to get the website completed, and that is all. One, small, private group.

Love the way idiots tell folks there's no reason for legal action, that nothing can come of it. They said the exact same trash about Harry Z being untouched because he's a pink stock operator.

Then 'boom', $92 million dollar prosecution landed squarely on-top of his head by the SEC, and that action can be expanded too. We told you, if the dollar amount gets high enough, and illegal, wide-asset distribution occurs, and you have direct evidence of the charges at hand being real, the SEC will act, as would other courts of law in taking such action. Yes, most OTC:PINKS get away with murder due to lack of regulation, but in this case, it's not all for naught.

Gosh, at one point it was nearly a million. If you were not there in 2021 you can not imagine the excitement that was going on. Should have known it was a scam when clone 3 and clone 7 were never mentioned. The patents were not in the company name. It is not a loss until you sell it. Most pennies dont go quite so well. Hoping the past relives itself this January and February.

I'm not here to give benefits of the doubts to ENZC/Adnexus stock pumpers that ship has sailed. So like I said earlier docsetc list 'MAGAFTW' which is definitely Mark @AI FTW as a Chandra Pimp that is "fully aware of all of Chandra's lies and faults"... but also said a couple weeks ago that he provided valuable information on iHub about Chandra and his dirty dealings, SO which one is it????
