Yesterday, the Judge has signed off on the settlement between the Zhabilovs and the SEC, with the penalties remaining as what I posted months ago (the replied to post).

About $1.9 million in penalties/fines. Before you spend it all, realize that if the SEC decides to disperse this to shareholders (very possible, but not certain) that the funds also have to cover the process of identifying the shareholders and disbursing the funds. I would think that would have to cost about $100k.

Say about 3 billion shares outstanding in 2024 splitting $1.8 million. That's about 0.006 / share, assuming there are no other priorities or costs for disbursing the funds.

Congratulations everyone! Make sure to thank @docsetc for all his hard work. Obviously, his "lawsuit" resulted in this settlement.

Usually, the SEC puts out a PR when a case is final, but in this case, since the other players in the case, Billy Ray, etc, have not settled and might be headed to court, the SEC efforts are not yet complete, so they might not PR the Zhabilov info right now.

I missed that.   Let's see if they put out something a little more concrete.

And it is a Warning! This security is eligible for Unsolicited Quotes Only - so a short squeeze is impossible.

This is hilarious on the OTCM profile page it has Diana Zhabilov CFO, CEO no one is going to invest with her around.

How are things working out for the defendants in the lawsuit against them from the SEC? Harry and Dannie settled with the SEC. The SEC case has effectively removed the Zhabilovs from positions of influence in the public markets.

Did Gaurav not say on x that he would stomp them? Interesting story unfolding. Lets see how it plays out.

Yes.. you are correct on all accounts .. as I mentioned though.. Harry and Kelli Austin were removed from otc markets.. so I’m thinking that something became official as of Friday or over the weekend.. the change is that recent.

So Dannie and Dianna are different people? I assumed one was a nickname for the same person.

Harry's removal was published on 4/18 in an update to the financials:

Without admitting or denying guilt, Harry Zhabilov agreed to a settlement with the SEC
that prohibits him from acting as an officer/director of a public OTC alternative reporting
for five years Mr. Zhabilov has stepped down from all officer and director positions with
the company and will serve as the Chief Consulting Scientist.

For sure the agreement was not signed off by the judge by then, and still wasn't, as of Friday.

Why would the other Zhabilov have SEC agreements to not serve as an Exec, if she never has had that position????

And PS... as "Chief Consulting Scientist" he'll probably do what a lot of these type do... still call the shots with a puppet CEO at the helm. So, not much has changed!

Gonna have to disagree with ya on that .. Dianna wasn’t charged with anything.. his daughter Dannie was.. Dianna can remain in control of the company.. I follow the filings pretty closely.. a lot of times the defendant will be notified before a filing actually hits Pacer.

I doubt it, unless it happened today. The OTC markets change doesn't mean the deal is signed off. In fact since Diana Zhabilov is still listed as CEO (and is part of the settlement) we can say whatever changed isn't due to the SEC case.
