Yes.. you are correct on all accounts .. as I mentioned though.. Harry and Kelli Austin were removed from otc markets.. so I’m thinking that something became official as of Friday or over the weekend.. the change is that recent.

Harry's removal was published on 4/18 in an update to the financials:

Without admitting or denying guilt, Harry Zhabilov agreed to a settlement with the SEC
that prohibits him from acting as an officer/director of a public OTC alternative reporting
for five years Mr. Zhabilov has stepped down from all officer and director positions with
the company and will serve as the Chief Consulting Scientist.

For sure the agreement was not signed off by the judge by then, and still wasn't, as of Friday.

Why would the other Zhabilov have SEC agreements to not serve as an Exec, if she never has had that position????

And PS... as "Chief Consulting Scientist" he'll probably do what a lot of these type do... still call the shots with a puppet CEO at the helm. So, not much has changed!

Gonna have to disagree with ya on that .. Dianna wasn’t charged with anything.. his daughter Dannie was.. Dianna can remain in control of the company.. I follow the filings pretty closely.. a lot of times the defendant will be notified before a filing actually hits Pacer.

I doubt it, unless it happened today. The OTC markets change doesn't mean the deal is signed off. In fact since Diana Zhabilov is still listed as CEO (and is part of the settlement) we can say whatever changed isn't due to the SEC case.

Dates for Zhabilov associates case.

The Zhabilov associates, Billy Ray and crew, have not settled with the SEC and are headed to trial.

Keep in mind that this case was originally filed Sept 30 2024. The dates for many of the pre trial court events has been proposed. The last of those dates is in August of 2027, which means the trial likely won't even start until THREE YEARS after the case was filed!

To rehash, while Zhabilov and the SEC has agreed to a settlement, awaiting the Judge sign off, the other defendants are slimly trying everything they can to avoid a settlement, and so far are headed to trial. When they missed a deadline to respond to a filing, this is what the defense team filed. VERY entertaining and fitting, because this is analogous to a OTC company's excuses to investors, etc.

At approximately 19:45 CET on Friday, April 25, 2026— corresponding to
approximately 13:45 Eastern Time — a localized power outage affecting the building from which I was working caused a complete loss of electrical service and internet connectivity. The interruption rendered it impossible to access the workstation containing the final Answer or to log into the Court’s CM/ECF system. The cause of the outage was external to the undersigned and beyond the undersigned’s control, as it was the result of water damage to an electrical closet adjacent to the leak. The damage to the electrical was beyond my ability to quickly repair.

4. The undersigned undertook reasonable efforts to mitigate the effect of the outage and complete the filing before the Filing Deadline, but due to the fact that the workstation containing the final answer was disabled, no such efforts succeeded in restoring the capacity to file before the Filing Deadline. There was no other attorney, paralegal, or staff member at the firm available to complete the filing on Defendant’s behalf.

First, how good of a defense attorney is this, if he thinks April 25th is on a Friday? My version is the defense attorney had an toilet that overflowed, and this entire run on detailed list of excuses is due to him not having a plunger! Perhaps they all can debate this in court!

Well it's a drug company, not a freakin defense company working on top secret projects. This just in, significant progress in drug development companies (public or private) involves public approvals, even to test, from the FDA or other similar agencies. The fact that Enzc stock tumbled from $0.3 to $0.0003 when the news broke out about the crooked copotria and Chandra had left Enzc and took the technology with them, I think it is a plentiful reason to sue the hell of them for now. We ll sue them again when they reveal themselves. Enzc shareholders got to get together and go after the crooked copotria and Chandra. Meanwhile they are probably figuring out a way to mask or hide the technologies they stole from Enzc to benefit themselves
