You raise an interesting point. The idea of peddling ActiPatch might have been Mayer's idea alone.

And/or maybe Zubcevik and Nilsen didn't like Mayer's crowdfunding plan. Maybe they saw how little money Collier raised with HIS crowdfunding and they found it distasteful to stoop that low for just a couple hundred thousand $$$.

I believe Electrome ordered 25,000 units of ActiPatch and I'm pretty sure they can't cancel that order now, so Electrome will have to do SOMETHING with those 25,000 units. I suggested on that other board that we'll see them on Amazon for $10 apiece, but who knows if they'll even be manufactured, considering that the Chinese manufacturer didn't renew their FDA Registration for 2026. If they're not manufactured, I seriously doubt Electrome will get their money back from Kelly Whelan. The line of creditors is a pretty long line at BIEL.

Oh well. That was fun watching Mayer dance for eight months. I'm sad that he's been kicked out of the club. I really wanted to see how he was going to spin his failure to sell ActiPatches, because I think he was going to have a hard time selling them -- his main plan was to place them on the shelves at little independent pharmacies and hope those brick-and-mortar customers had an extra $40 in their pockets.

He might have run into issues with the SEC as he was in some ways obviously breaking securities laws in the way he was trying to raise capital and how he had insider knowledge and leaked it to BIEL pumpers and then posted it to the board in order to curry favor with them to entice them into investing into his start up.

The statement by Zubcevik and the appointment of Nilsen, who is the inventor of electrome's proprietary device eludes to the fact that they are most likely not going to do anything with BIEL going forward. Specifically, because the statement said that the appointment of Nilsen is to ensure that the leadership is aligned with its scientific mission and long term strategic vision. Neither of those things includes being an actipatch reseller. Simply put, they don't want to waste their time selling someone else's product rather than developing something of their own.

It is hard to argue with the moron's in the BIEL board, they use BIEL and electrome interchangeable as if they are the same company. They pumped up Ken Mayer as some kind of white knight savior, so now that he is gone is BIEL now DOA? No doubt they will try to spin it as a good thing but not even a double-digit IQ dim wit would fall for that at this point.

What is funny is that I pointed out that Electrome was a start up with no cash and were having a tough time raising any. Specifically, I stated that Mayer was unimpressive and would not amount to anything. Furthermore, I pointed out that being associated with BIEL would be the end of electrome, 1.) by being a distraction from their long term goal, and 2.) hurting their ability to raise capital because they simply became a actipatch reseller. Those two things make them a no-go for investment from professional investors.

I am almost tempted to start a company and put out both an actipatch and sofpulse clone just to finally put a stake in the heart of both these companies' rotten hearts and their fraudulent management teams.

The scuttlebutt for today is that Mayer was voted out by the Electrome Board and replaced by Nilsen as CEO.

I got the impression that up until now, Mayer did most of the work at Electrome, so his departure would be BIG NEWS. And the rumor is that he didn't resign -- he was removed as CEO.

The irony here: the main #1 pumper on the BIEL board has been bashing ENDV for years and has been pumping Mayer pretty hard for eight months. Now he's going to have to bash Mayer and pump ex-ENDV players Zubcevik and Nilsen. That's gotta hurt.

Nicoletta alleges that, in 2022, Endonovo employed a broker who solicited Nicoletta's investment in a $100,000 promissory note, even though the broker was not registered to solicit or sell securities. On June 24, 2022, in connection with Nicoletta's investment, Endonovo executed a promissory note (the "Promissory Note") in favor of Nicoletta and the parties executed a securities purchase agreement (the "SPA"). Remember when IcyHot came out with their OTC tens device? They spent around $30 to $35 million to launch it.

Mayer doesn't have a product and investors don't really get excited about investing in reselling a product that has been out for years and has little to no traction/adoption.

Only thing people can do is sit back and see what Electrome will eventually do. No point in creating fantasy scenarios. Also, when are initial projected timelines ever met in any field? Almost never. There will always be some hiccups that create delays. 

Thanks for this info. I got an older Assisi Loop that can be modified and I'm about to do it with the same little battery holders that you used, glued to the back. I'm going to jumper those tiny ON/OFF switches in the battery holders because they are so cheap that I think they will fail anyway, eventually. I used the same little battery holders on my hacked ActiPatches without jumping the switches, and those little switches are annoying, as you said.

I didn't realize how large and well-built the Assisi Loop is! Now I see why the Electrome people think the ActiPatch is just a toy as biotech_traderz said.

I'm taking a hiatus from the BIELiever board because those pumpers are over the top, talking about share buybacks, audits, OTCID, and 10x share price increases. They think Electrome's picture of a SofPulse-shaped device is an "updated ActiPatch" and they think Electrome is going to start testing the ActiPatch on the vagus nerve. The stupidity there is beyond belief.

After researching Electrome's pitch deck and communicating with Mayer, I believe that Electrome plans to license the ActiPatch for a year or three while they develop their "PAINKILLER" app which will use a SofPulse clone. Bioelectronics Corp might get $1 million gross revenues from this OEM licensing deal which won't be enough to do anything but barely survive for another few years. If the ActiPatch sells well, I think Mayer will pursue his own OTC clone, but for now, he plans to buy 100,000 units from Bioelectronics Corp who will get them manufactured in China.

Assuming it even happens! Mayer seems to be having a hard time raising money, as biotech_traderz suggested last year. Mayer wanted to launch ActiPatch in Q4 2025 and launch his new SofPulse in Q1 2026 but he's not even going to get the ActiPatch launched in Q1 2026 and I'm skeptical about seeing ActiPatch launched before Q3 2026. First Mayer needs a couple million $$$, THEN he needs to place the stocking order with Bioelectronics Corp for 100,000 units (costing about $1 million), then CICD Shenzhen needs to manufacture the devices, then Mayer needs to get them from China. Kelly Whelan said on FB that she won't release a PR until Mayer gives her some money, and since that PR is still MIA I don't think Mayer has given her a dime yet.

If it ever launches, it will be interesting to see how fast Mayer can sell that first 100,000 units. Other resellers couldn't sell 10,000 units in a year. Maybe Mayer will launch a blitzkrieg marketing campaign in the USA. If he does, it will be interesting to see how fast he can sell the SECOND lot of 100,000. The ActiPatch has a history of being "one and done," meaning customers buy one but don't return to buy more. Mayer's focus is on his PAINKILLER app and his platform of doctor-prescribed PEMF, not on reselling the low-power OTC ActiPatch which gets turned ON and left ON and doesn't need doctor supervision or input.

The difference is that when you are on Nasdaq you actually have to have an independent board of directors and voter have to approve those reverse splits. Here collier is the one and only board member and he gave himself 100x votes to do whatever he wants. That is why he is having problems now. No reporting, no assets, no board, yet still touting Nasdaq to fool investors.

Have you seen how many reverse splits, in such short time, MULN had while on the big boards? 😄.  That is one for the history books.

Collier has pulled this scam multiple times now and he, like the pathetic idiot that he is, made the mistake of claiming it was to uplist the stock onto NASDAQ which is not happening given that the company is now essentially a shell. If you look up the patents that are still valid they have already been assigned to his other company SofPulse, yet there is nothing on the balance sheet to reflect this transaction.

I am not sure about the auto cycle being the determining factor of the battery situation. I believe the auto cycle was a feature available before the redesign of the battery situation. I am aware of the redesign but have not researched it or tried hacking the newer version since I have 2 working older models.

I do not know about 1 battery holder. I did try that initially but it did not work for me. I had the same thought process as you. I then just wired 2 separate CR battery holders with each going to the original battery lead locations. I have them side by side on the back of the module. Is low profile. I glued the cases to the back.The only "pain" is the CR cases have their own individual on/off switches so you have to be mindful of them to also be "on" if you wish to use the loop. After doing this modification, I have only tested it a few times. Cannot really comment on the battery life but it should be equivalent to an original unit.

Assisi Loop Model 2.0 can be either older or newer. $100 for a newer Model 2.0 would be a waste of money. I'd pay maybe $20 to buy a dead one online. If I could see the thing in person I can tell if it's older or newer, but online it's hard to tell.

I modified my ActiPatches with external battery holders. It seems like it would be a little bulky to attach two of those to the outside of a SofPulse, but that's what I would probably try.

The batteries are connected in parallel so it's just 3vdc supply... if I put just one external battery holder on the outside, how long do you think it would last?

Even if you buy a "dead" one for $100 and replace the batteries, wouldn't it still be worth it rather than paying $300+ for a new one?
I have successfully replaced batteries in 2 older units. One of them I replaced the batteries directly inside. The other one, I actually attached an external battery holder for the CR batteries. Won't have to open the unit ever again. 😀

Anyone have an idea about where to buy or reclaim old SofPulse or Assisi Loop devices that have dead batteries? I assume that people just throw them away. I see some guy on eBay selling them but his feedback is terrible -- he's a scammer and he wants $100 apiece for dead ones.

I want to mess around with replacing the batteries in one. I've successfully done this with the ActiPatch -- now I want to try it with the SofPulse (Assisi Loop).

Apparently, the newest version of the Model 2.0 Assisi Loop has circuitry that permanently sets a "low battery" flag in memory, preventing the device from ever working again after the batteries run down. So I would need an older Model 2.0 or I'd need to figure out how to reset that flag.

Side question: anyone know how they set that permanent "battery low" flag? Is it in EEPROM or in a BIOS? That's kind of a clever trick. People must have been doing this a lot.

They either have pushback from regulators or they don't want to risk reversing the stock when it closes at 0.000001 and end up at par value.

The device they are using is a new variant of the SofPulse as pointed out by the patent granted to the Herrick company and Sean Hagberg. The signal from the Sofpulse device is on the order of 10x stronger than the ActiPatch. That is why it is prescription only.

Speaking of parents, you had posted a link referring to a patent owned by the Herrick company. I know Sean Hagberg is working with them on some clinical trials. I figured he must be using the Sofpulse or some close variation of it. Will be interesting to see what results they come up with the various trials they are doing. The interesting thing is they are doing these trials with private money. They don't seem interested in being a public company. 
You had mentioned Electrome and Dr. Zubcevik. They are not associated with Herrick and Hagberg from what I see. Are they working together with Herrick? Or is Hagberg working with both entities independently?

If you have been paying attention you would also know that the company doesn't have any patents anymore, it has sold them to another company controlled by the crook CEO. Also, they just announced a 1-1,000 reverse stock split. There is a reason this is trading at par value, it is worthless.

Lastly, try looking up some of those patents you referenced, many of them have expired because the company didn't pay the fees.

It's a very small float, and if this gets out in the news, it'll go viral. If you look at the patents on the company's website, this is a bargain price.

The patents have already been assigned to Sofpulse going back to July of 2024. My question is why not announce it? To me it is now crystal clear. They didn't announce it because they want to keep the ability of the debt holders to convert their shares and dump it into the bids on unsuspecting bag holders. Now we know why they haven't reported any revenue. It is because the revenue is being reported into the new company because ENDV no longer has any assets. If the patents have been assigned to Sofpulse for nearly a year and a half then ENDV should show an asset on the balance sheet. Either a Seller note or stock in the new company. Yet neither is present in the balance sheet.

This is getting to the point where the SEC and the FBI should investigate these clowns for fraud.

I think collier is destroying it on purpose to personally enrich himself.

1 and 3 have come true but the second is still to come. I predicted Collier would give himself a massive bonus when the stock went below par value but I now believe he will do that right before he steals the assets from the company and puts them into SofPulse. That is why he has so much deferred compensation, which he will conveniently convert into stock at probably par value. He will also give himself a massive stock bonus that makes Elon Musk look like a choir boy. Stay tuned this is going to only get worse.

BUYER BEWARE: New Target Stock Price is $0.0001

Given that Trillium has the ability to convert at 50% discount to market their next conversions will be at $0.0001 or par value. As was predicted in my post below, the market price converges toward the conversion price and following conversions is driven down 50%, essentially it is a death spiral.

My other warning is that this company only has 2.5 billion authorized shares and is already at north of 800 million shares before we get conversions. I also want to point out that I have a very strong hunch that the CEO will give himself a massive bonus in the form of shares as soon as the stock price reaches par value ($0.0001). I predict somewhere in the neighborhood of $50,000 of stock at par value or 500 million shares before he decides to reverse the stock and repeat this scam as he has already done this to shareholders.

So my warning and predictions are as follows:

1.) Stock price goes to $0.0001 or less
2.) CEO gives himself a large bonus at par value or less (maybe 500 million shares)
3.) Reverse stock split at 1 for 1,000 like the last time.
