ELMER BANCORP, INC. parent holding company of The First National Bank of Elmer, Elmer, New Jersey, today announced that the Board of Directors had declared a semi-annual cash dividend in the amount of $.30 per share. The dividend is payable on May 2, 2011 to stockholders of record of the Company on April 15, 2011.
