ELMER BANCORP, INC., parent holding company of The First National Bank of Elmer, Elmer, New Jersey, today announced that the Board of Directors had declared a semi-annual cash dividend in the amount of $.30 per share. The dividend is payable on November 1, 2010 to stockholders of record of the Company on October 15, 2010.

The First National Bank of Elmer is a national bank headquartered in Elmer, New Jersey, which conducts its business through six offices serving the Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties in New Jersey.
