That guy is well known in prp circles. The Twitter was fake I’m almost positive. Everything else is real I’m willing to bet. He took over this ticker. He just merged his other company into another ticker. Remember, the fake Twitter is the only thing that promised filings quickly. Not him. He still has the ticker.

EGDD, I suspect that John Micheal Johnson dude was behind it, I don't think the Twitter account was fake , I think it was complete bullshit, that dude has a trading group, I think he got control of the ticker made some bullshit up and made profit then started getting messages on his LinkedIn and deleted the PRP Twitter account.
