Leadership Transition


The Board of Directors intends to appoint Kevin Unrath, currently Chief Operating Officer, as Chief Executive Officer. The transition reflects dynaCERT’s increasing focus on operational execution, commercial deployment, and revenue conversion as the Company advances beyond the development stage.


Mr. Unrath has been directly involved in strengthening dynaCERT’s operational platform, including production processes, deployment strategies, and alignment of the Company’s technology with customer requirements.

Focus on Execution and Commercial Conversion


dynaCERT continues to advance its commercial activities with an emphasis on converting pilot deployments into structured commercial agreements, expanding deployments in priority regions, and maintaining disciplined operational execution. The Company’s current focus is on translating existing field activity into measurable revenue opportunities as customer discussions progress.


South-East Asia (Vietnam)


dynaCERT has made progress in Vietnam, where emissions regulations and demand for fuel efficiency solutions continue to evolve. The Company has established a Service Center Agreement with a regional engine and vehicle solutions provider, completed training of local technical teams, and deployed initial pilot installations across trucking and port operations.


These deployments are being conducted with established industry participants, and discussions are ongoing with multiple parties. The Company expects to provide further updates as agreements are formalized. Vietnam is expected to remain an important component of dynaCERT’s South-East Asia strategy as pilot activity advances.


Latin America (Mexico)


In Mexico, dynaCERT continues to advance its market presence through its distribution partner while building direct relationships with regional operators. The Company is engaged in ongoing discussions with commercial counterparties in the region, with a focus on expanding deployment activity and progressing toward structured agreements.


Financial Position


The Company has secured a $2,000,000 loan, which is being received in instalments over a four-month period. These funds are intended to support ongoing operations and the advancement of commercial activities.

Jim Payne and fellow execs work at a snails pace. If that is not bad enough, they remain silent as to what the company is doing these days, not to mention the strategy - short and long term. It's almost like Jim is there to collect a check and spend his days playing with his grandkids.

Totally agree with you — they’ve been slow to scale, but the positioning now feels stronger than ever. HydraGEN tech is actually getting deployed, and if even one large fleet signs on for real, the revenue narrative could flip fast. I’m watching for recurring revenue growth and global partnerships too. Hopefully we’re holding right before that inflection point. Fingers crossed we finally get a catalyst that sticks.

Hope you're right! I've been with them for 5 years and still at break even but the company is better positioned that at any other point in their history. They need to announce a big trucking company agreement to really get the revenue popping. Otherwise it will continue with the one-off wins bringing in meager revenue but nothing to move the needle for the stock.

I bought in this morning and with the news out that they have a unit installed on 1 shipping container crane with 4 more to be installed this year. That’s already some good money coming in. Actual sales! I bought at $0.14cdn and can see this doubling or tripling within a year. They are also testing pretty much all diesel machinery and will likely be installing these units everywhere.

Since 1995 this is what Elon has done: Musk has founded or co-founded eight companies: Zip2, X.com, PayPal (via merger), SpaceX, Tesla (joined as investor/leader), Neuralink, The Boring Company, and xAI. He co-founded OpenAI and invested in SolarCity but is no longer involved in either. He also owns X Corp after acquiring Twitter.

So why is it taking Jim Payne so long to get one single product (with different variations) out to the masses???

During the last iif presentation, Bernd said the company is in good discussions with various logistic companies, resulting from their attendance at ATC in Anaheim, CA, Maybe, just maybe, the company is about to announce some kind of good news and hopefully with a trucking logistics company. I can't be bullish until they actually ink some big deals to prove themselves...

This company needs some good news as they are stale and going nowhere lately. jim made it clear there would be very large trucking companies singing on as soon as Verra was approved. It has been approved since November and we have not heard a peep from the company. I have a feeling the company was not ready, production wise, to handle the load and thus no contracts signed to date. Yet another iif presentation next week so let's see if they FINALLY announce something instead of the same old presentation full of future promises.

Per the latest IIF presentation (10/15), dynaCERT has now initiated talks with companies in the marine vessels and locomotives verticals. In the January presentation both these verticals were in the "planned" stage so the company is moving forward nicely.
