Been a shareholder for years and now they bring in the Duesenberg story... and in the EV sector. Amazing. Duesenberg is an iconic name in the Auto industry from the early 1900s. This is fantastic news.

Couldn't be happier with what's happening here. EV is definitely the future of autos and the fact that VBGRAB is now involved in the space is huge. The fact that the company is bringing back the Duesenberg name gives it a major edge as far as brand awareness and a history that other companies may not have.

I have been a shareholder of this company for a long time and I am over the moon that they are going into the EV sector and with the one of the oldest auto brands in the world. Management are very capable and have access to major funding. Duesenberg can be massive and I here the car design is outstanding.

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 9, 2020) - VGrab Communications Inc. (OTCQB: VGRBF) (the "Company" or "VGrab") an OTCQB-listed issuer, announced today that it had reached an agreement with its directors and officers (the "Debt Holders") to partially convert their debts into common shares of the Company.

Pursuant to the debt conversion agreements (the "Agreements"), the Company issued a total of 1,780,084 common shares of the Company, to settle $640,830 owed to Mr. Lim Hun Beng, the Company's CEO/President and the majority shareholder, Mr. Liong Fook Weng, the Company's CFO, and Mr. Ong See Ming, the Company's Director.

The securities issued pursuant to the debt conversion agreements have not bee registered under the Act and may not be offered or sold within the United States or to U.S. persons unless an exemption from such registration is available.

The resignation appears to be an indication of the new direction the company has embarked.
Volumes are up. Price is up. VGrab is on the rise !!

I think the resignation had to do with possibly making room for new incoming directors. VGRAB has the potential to become a real player in the Chinese tech sector and they would need new board members from China to help that play out.
