No wasnt a mistake I still have some of them that were dark and went grey after suspension like USNL. Regardless I still hold some because if a dormant does decide to file again they run like crazy.

If I remember correctly that was a mistake and the suspsnsions were undone? I'm very cautious with delinquent filers lately. Sold most, but still holding a few.

It lessens the risk but darks still get hit from time to time. There was a day in 2017 where they suspended 41 dark tickers(I owned a couple of them) and since 2010 there have been almost 400 non SEC filers suspended for various reasons usually their excuse is "because of questions regarding the adequacy and accuracy of information about the companies."

I would say 195 houses completed and for sale this fall is a good catalyst. Just need some news about it. DLMI could be a gold mine.

If they just had a good catalyst, this would be a great candidate for a beast move.

With these assets, business plan and share structure this can go to 10+ easily. Now they started filing again, expect some news soon.

In December 2017, DLMI acquired 50.1% ownership of Production Consulting, LLC. Production Consulting owns and operates a development property near Billings, Montana. Production consulting also owns a glass installation business in Phoenix, Arizona under the name J26 Advisors, LLC. This company was acquired by Production Consulting, LLC on February 1, 2018.

Jerry Morrell—CEO and Vice President, Director. Mr. Morrell was raised on a farm and ranch in Colorado and continued farming and ranching until 2000. He worked in oilfield construction and the trucking industry in Wyoming from 2000 to 2008. From 2008 to 2015 he worked in the Bakken oil and gas fields in North Dakota, and as of 2015 was operations manager of an oilfield construction company with over 200 employees and $50,000,000 in annual sales. From 2015 to the present, Mr. Morrell has been the majority owner of Production Consulting, LLC., currently building out a 220-acre development in Billings, Montana, which will have a total of 195 houses on the property when completed.
