I have great faith and belief in this company. Their products are awesome. Keep and eye on this thing, I believe good things are coming.

energyman, not only that but they have the licencing for the NBA NHL NFL & MLB. Go to their website www.gap1.com and look at the millions in revenues and the bottom line take home profits are just under 1 million dollars. Make no mistakes, these shares are way under valued and in the 21 years of the the Company being public they never did a PR campagne. Why bother to go public? Something else goin on... :)

So we have deals with some colleges to sell key chains and buckles and paper waits in the college and high school bookstores......is that our gig? not bad....But how much can we possibly make doing that?

This one looks good, as it has a Great Product Lineup too. I was out looking at their product site, gap1 dot com.

They have quality products...but the real key here is that their customers probably buy on IMPULSE at sporting events etc........therefore I am certain they will be able to adjust pricing to cover pewter cost increases and licensing fees

re DGIX: I liked this one until...


I read the CEO letter. He attributed the slight decline in 2006 earnings to the increase in the price of pewter (the main ingredient in some of their products) from $3.94 to $4.06/lb. Not particularly dramatic, but looking ahead to 2007, he says

"Profits will be under pressure due to the high cost of pewter ($6.50 as of today) and the increase in NFL licensing fees."

If a $.12/lb increase in pewter hurt profits in 2006, imagine what a $2.44/lb increase will do to 2007 profits...
