LONDON--Dairy Farm International Holdings Ltd (D01.SG) Thursday said Michael Kok Pak Kuan will retire as Group Chief Executive of the company with effect from Dec. 31.

MAIN FACTS:

-Kuan will remain as a non-executive director of the company.

-Graham Denis Allan has been appointed a Director and Group Chief Executive of the Company with effect from Jan. 1, 2013.

-Ronald Floto will retire from the Board of the Company with effect from Dec. 31.
