(OTC BB: CYBD), a leading designer and software developer of advanced digital voice and broadband data switches, announced today appointment of Colebrooke Capital, Inc., of New York City, to identify strategic acquisitions of Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that are going to be accretive. Colebrooke Capital shall also assist in assessing and determining the preferred form of transaction structure. In concert with our new initiatives expressed in the press release dated April 4th, Cyber Digital expects to significantly improve the profitability of acquired CLECs and ISPs by migrating their customers to its low-cost 'last mile' voice and data network. The Cyber Digital strategy involves both the augmentation of the target's underlying infrastructure using its technology to create a significant reduction of operating costs in addition to the re-directing of aggregated traffic through an operating agreement with Level 3 Communications (Nasdaq: LVLT). Cyber Digital believes such a "re-tooling" of the CLEC or ISP operational format will result in an improvement of financial performance of up to 50%.
