Getting rid of the SEC wouldn't be that easy. But they could weaken its enforcement arm. They'll appoint a new chairman, but every new president does.

I don't think Elon or anyone else in a new Trump administration will care about FINRA. FINRA's chief mission is to regulate broker-dealers, and that will still need to be done. It's only clueless penny plungers who think FINRA somehow enables shorts.

No it wasn't. It was Grey; there was no way of telling whether those trades were buys or sells. It has a hair less than a billion shares outstanding. A few "tens of millions" is a drop in the bucket.

And if you've missed it, the SEC doesn't like shell companies. If they don't provide some form of "current information" at least every 16 months, they're dumped to the Expert/Grey Market.

Query OTCM daily. Find plays like this one that are dead and that come back. Those are the only good OTC picks. Stay away from SEC Reporting -- they all have debt and auditor fees. Alt Filing like this is what you want to be in. Hoard end of year tax loss dumps, 2025 will be great for OTC.

Yes with rule 15c2-11 the probability that CRGP is coming back highly unlikely. Unless Trump gets rid of the SEC. With Elon and Devin Nunez I wouldn’t be surprised if they get rid of the SEC or Finra.

I think it's clear there is no traditional management here, nor any conventional business operations. What there is however is a lucrative shell that has been used before and will eventually be used again.

Keep in mind that the last pop in CRGP had nothing to do with its stated business. The pop was because of the custodianship proceedings involving SSM Monopoly, which had targeted about 10 other derelict tickers as reverse merger candidates...all of which saw huge speculative activity and price increases.

Also keep in mind that CRGP traded tens of millions of shares between 2015-2020 when it was on the Grey Market. That was indicative of huge accumulation. Some group was quietly accumulating shares for years and planning the eventual pop. It's well worth the time and effort when the gains will be 500-1000% or more.

"This one" has a rather unusual scenario, unlike that of any other I can think of. Yes, it did hand out a bungled special dividend, which made anyone who was a shareholder in the summer of 2025 happy. But the payment of that divvy was what caused all the problems.

There was another company--8000 Incorporated (EIGH)--that planned a similarly bungled special dividend. It, however, gave up, and cancelled at the last minute. It was the brainchild of Jerry Williams, known as "Monk". He gave "Monkinars" all over the country, at which he taught basic charting and convinced his followers to buy his core stocks while he was selling them.

In the end, that did not work out well for him, or for the shareholders.

The fact that this company’s status is permanently revoked, the fact that the company’s management hasn’t put out any statements doesn’t renew my faith. Really? Let's see a demonstration of your claims. Now in order for those "Expert" stocks to begin to trade normally again, they'd at the very least need to have a Form 211 processed by FINRA. Do you see that reflected here?

Or they could file a Form 10 to reregister with the SEC. But since it hasn't been an SEC registrant since 2009, it would have to start afresh. And they'd need some real officers, of course.

Might I suggest to follow more than one stock. When you see what others did that were in this one's scenario, then you'd believe in the potential here. But yet It's hard to show proof and facts to some of the most closed minded people that refuse to see the opposing argument.

What's interesting and unusual is that there're so few of them. Yet their faith seems never to waver. At least there were hundreds of Xers in the last years, and there're still some, I believe.

Yes! But this particular company hasn’t had a filing in 10 years. The management has been missing in action. A lot of the companies you’re referring to has had at least a 5 year window where they become current. 10 years + this company is dust.

The USA brokerages didn't want the headache of dealing with Finras unconstitutional arbitration process eventually being ruled unconstitutional so they just went along with Finras reporting rule that's locking those stocks out of USA markets. The brokerages will happily take the shares back now for nothing. If ever traded again for whatever reason. Well y'all know.

You really cannot rely on charts. Without quotations, you can't tell what's a buy and what's a sell.

Yeah yeah. If you actually read the post you'd notice that I said the chart patterns of accumulation, mark up, mark down just repeats over and over again across all assets and all time frames. Sometimes an accumulation phase can can 15 years. Sometimes a couple months. It all depends how fast the inventory can be locked up.

Look at Microsoft. It traded in a narrow range for 15 years before blast off.

Obviously CRGP is no Microsoft, but the chart patterns are the same across all asset classes on all time frames. A stock will not move until the share inventory has been locked up. Only then will price be marked up in order that attract sustained volume.

"They" are the same groups/people that refuse to allow this ticker and others like it to be bought, but are more than happy to process sell orders. I'm quite certain brokerages and other market entities aren't in the charity business. Obviously they will want to unload these shares at some point and for a much higher price, which will require buyers. The doors will open when they are ready to start the cycle all over again.
