Now that is interesting, as you are the first that has mentioned receiving this.

I am under the impression that when we get OTC approval to start trading, that is when Ben will reach out to us with further Vstock instructions, as they have to issue us a statement of account before we can initiate a transfer to our brokerages.

I am pleased to share that we have reached approximately $100,000 in pledged or introduced shares in the current offering.

Upon receipt of these funds, the company plans to make an initial acquisition in a hospitality-re-oriented business. This will serve as a fundamental step in the execution of our broader growth strategy.

Following this acquisition, we will prepare and publish the required disclosures on the company's website. This will support our next phase of regulatory proceedings, including the preparation and filing of Form 211. We expect to engage Glendale Securities to assist with the filing, while working with corporate counsel to obtain a CUSIP number and complete the DTC eligibility processes.

Upon successful approval of Form 211, we will proceed to request an offer on the OTC market. At the same time, we are continuing the offering and aiming for an additional raise of $100,000, which will be used to pursue further acquisitions and strengthen the company's operational and financial position.

If you refer to CLHI, it is going to the EM at anytime.
If you refer to CLST CO, it will become tradeable when the listing process is complete..

Can this stock still be bought and sold? Or is this 100% done and any shares ya have are virtual paper weights? Only a small amount of shares here, but it it just filling a spot on my stock page. 

I received an email and they have already raised enough to meet the obligations to obtain it for the trade fair.
