Frank, sorry for the delayed reply. I currently do not own any shares of EEIG. I just check on the board every now and then to see if anything is happening. Have you contacted your broker to ask about the reason for the restriction?

My discount broker will allow me to buy all the shares of EEIG that I desire, but if I go to sell any, my shares are restricted from being sold for some reason. Is that the same with your brokerage firm?

The string of 1 share trades is interesting, and strange. Also interesting that there is no other platform that I can find that shows any volume for that day.

Go to free real time .com. Then put quote in for EEIG, then go to "Time & Sales" and you'll see each individual print at 1 share at a time today at $1.50. Yesterday the volume was 501 shares, which would have been an equivalent of 25,000 per 1 share with the reverse split or volume of 12,525,000 shares.

If you were unlucky enough to be a shareholder of EEIG prior to February of this year your PPS equivalent today 0.000208.
What a knee slapper this ticker is! Fits right in with the other related tickers operated by this donkey in PSRU and MNGG.
