I agree 100% somebody is quietly loading CDNO which is definitely the best kind. Somebody must know something is coming.

If I remember correctly, the float is only around 100 million shares. This could go up very fast if the right news comes out!

I just wanted to give you the heads up on this one as having some potential with a low float. It all comes down to if this Chinese company decides to put out some shareholder updates or not?

Everything was dead and seems to be working again and it looks like they expanded.

Anyhow, nothing will happen here unless the company management puts out news and updated 8-k's.

Who knows maybe we can be the next IGPK, and run to .30 cents with our tiny float?
