Uh...because it's true. Today will be the last day of trading before the split. But most can't trade this ticker because it's a Expert Market CE stock.

How in the HELL a ticker like this that isn't current,delinquent with OTC Markets can file with FINRA and get approved for an RS is mind boggling.

No official news yet that most people can see, no filings which does scare people with the upcoming TDA deadline, having seen other SOS "mergers" lately file that stuff and then went into dark mode. Stuff like that. If they get this out official and/or filings come out, this will be at or close to a buck IMO.

Did the AWEB auditor look under the couch! LMAO!

Close. Their auditor lost his license from the Public Accounting Oversight Board. That happened right in the middle of the company's attempt at filing a new S-1 Registration. Nothing has been filed since. It's like they just gave up.

The only thing that has changed is that AWEB is now two years behind in their filings. Not a good thing. Must be a slow auditor. (actually dead or comatose)
