If one were keeping an eye out ..... one would know that TEC reporting is starting to come in and be reported to FDEP. The second phase of the initial site work is due at the beginning of February and appears to be progressing with a number of assessments filed based on December sampling of the multiple areas on the site. So far looking like some areas the sampling is fine. Other areas have some contamination still that appear to exceed the standards.

And like it sez the assessment of the info should be done by someone that knows what they are doing.

All in all ..... can't say that I know whether any of it is good bad or indifferent or whether it has any impact of the potential JV that CBRF may be working on. But the good news is TEC is doing it's thing and results are coming in. No doubt there was an expectation of remediation anyway ...... as estimates for remediation were already filed in the SOW with FDEP. That is also included in the documents linked above.

So forward movement on the assessment of the site.

The company has been averaging about 10 weeks between updates. So if history is a gauge then we can predict about when the next update will be announced. 

if we have to wait 6 weeks for just one of those useless updates we are in deep mud !

We still have about 6 weeks till the next update if history is a judge. 

maybe we should chip in and buy Ron a fiddle and dress him up the Nero so he play the part better ?

Ya ya whatever, I doubt you know how many shares they have left to sell in this estate or how long it will take…the important thing is there is always buying support, and I believe that is for a reason and it is significant.

It's the estate sale I wa talking about. I know some of the buyers. Shares should be liquidated in a week or 2. Till then get some if you need any. 

Once again, support is there…someone keeps scooping up shares in the 70s…

You’re OK…saying Mabanaft would be ‘coming on board’…could be taken more ways than one…one could make an argument that they could actually be ‘on board’ without signing on as our JV partner…

Bill Robertson specifically said, Mills told him that's what he's allowed to say to the shareholders and several contracts to follow. Information from the company's IR would be fair game to repeat I would think. I certainly hope he's correct. Sorry if I misspoke.

M1 , you said it perfect, so much time has passed it brings doubt, so what have they been doing for a year? With so much money on the line the negotiations have dragged along, the fact that Bill said we were closing with Mabanaft was actually a sigh of relief because if Mabanaft backs out well you know the rest. We need several shareholders to back up my statement from IR. A simple call to confirm Mabanaft will be coming aboard Mid-January. Why would he lie is my point, so we need more confirmation calls to the IR. Let's get the cloud in the review mirror.

That’s information no one should know until it’s made public…which is probably the reason there’s been no more discussion about it.

The company spaces out their updates about 10 weeks apart. So we have plenty of time to relax till the next update. History is a great barometer of what is next. 

What I worry about is the fact that the trading in the stock gives no hint of pending BIG NEWS, period. Yeah we get one teaser day of vol and then its back to days of nothing. Pending big deals on penny stocks are the worst kept secrets in the market and this should be no different. To be completely honest you could say OK, but the stock has stayed at these levels so that shows some interest but not enough to move the stock up. Crying WOLF and kicking that poor can down the road too many times has cast a cloud over the company and it's a "show me the money situation" before anything can move ahead.

Has anyone else reached out to IR ? I'm sure he's told anyone who's ask that Mabanaft will be coming aboard Mid January. Can we get another shareholder to confirm this information and post it! TX

They were sells technically, but only because someone put a large bid up at .83…

Yesterday's trades were all sells. Next week will be buy back time.

This amount of volume is a good indicator that shareholders believe an announcement of Mabanaft could happen shortly. We are way overdue. The money to buildout the campus is staggering plus the 18-million-dollar ballon payment. That announcement alone with some names of our customers should really bring this stock to life ! Let's Go

We have been told it's a 100% percent done deal literally for years to the point of the company will have to deliver the news before another run up in pps. I certainly understand as the 4,000 shares today proves the point !

We have been told, BILL has been told… many times Mabanaft was on board, ready to sign, deal is done. Ron said they were coming over to sign in December, and the CEO, the head of the company was here as well…

We’re not just talking about paying off the land, but several hundred million dollars for the buildout of the terminal…you bet your ass THAT’S what the delay is about…how much of the company is THAT worth? AND…How much does the potential worth of our additive offset that? (key word being potential)
