Interesting that he needs an attorney when it’s a fill-in-the-blank form to FINRA? Well…unless of course, they’ve already been rejected for whatever red flag going on with the ticker. FINRA will only deny a name change for 5 reasons, and it appears he hit the nail on one of those lol 😁

According to the most recent filing he still owns the Series A shares.

At March 31, 2025, the Company had issued and outstanding shares 5 shares of its super majority voting Series A Preferred Shares issued and outstanding. The shares are held by the Company’s sole officer and director, Michael Feldenkrais.

However, the filings are signed by Susan Ward.

It also looks like many Series B shares are being switched to Series C shares.

As for the name change:

NOTE 10: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS AFTER JUNE 30, 2025

The Company engaged a Management Company, which in turn retained an attorney to process a name change to Opus X Holdings, Inc. To date, the attorney has not filed the necessary documents. We will be seeking new legal counsel to resume the name change process shortly and will provide an update once the filing has been completed
