The Registrant’s Common Stock is quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market of the OTC Markets Group, Inc. under the trading symbol “CAPC.”

Item 8.01. Other Matters. Capstone Companies, Inc. (“Company”) issued a press release on January 4, 2022, to announce the Company will feature its Capstone Connected Smart Mirror program during the 2022 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada from January 5 – 7, 2022.
