Bang Holdings Corp located N Miami beach Florida is a marketing company with no affiliation or contract with Vtx Pharma.

Pepsi is supposed to be working with them I will be selling their drink

If you watch the CEO's Instagram story this morning, it appears as though Roth Capital is looking to raise the company some major $$$, and it also appears like they are partnering with ex-NFL star Ricky Williams.

I just had a chance to look at BXNG. What a joke. For a company with a market value over $18M, you'd expect higher revenues that what they show. The quarterly tells you all you need to know about this pos and why someone wants to promote it.

But if their financials don't make you groan, their website certainly will.

Hope you see how this scam is down almost 50% since I stated that this scam would fall apart. This is not a real company or service.

Did anyone see how pathetic the news release was on this scam of a company. Who cares if some "undisclosed NFL player" was stupid enough to invest money into this scam. It never ceases to amaze me how stupid some of these canna-scams news announcements are and how reckless there management teams are by allowing them to be released.

Not one thing here is impressive. It almost appeared on the L2 insiders were tossing shares back and forth to each other thinking they could start a run. And the average 65% short rate in just 5 days of trading? Huge red flag imo.

When I believe MICA, threw in the towel and disappeared because CDEL kept under bidding him, that was a bad sign insiders are attempting to unload shares as quickly as they can with no regards to the share offering.

Idiot insider with the 1,000 share blocks killed any potential run they could of had and showed how desperate they are to dump shares into the market imo.

I'll keep it on radar but really expect this one to crash below .01 pretty quick.

Most boxed in deals such as this could be priced at $100 if they wanted to - all the trading float is usually controlled by the frauds behind the stock. Much like the rest of the public canna-scams, this company is another horrific investment and actually makes MSRT look like a steal!

Why on Earth did they price the stock so high??
It should have started trading below a buck.
in this case a quick spike to 2-3$ on big volume was quite possible
due to 4/20 hype, bringing many new eyes on it.

more than that, what will be the catalyst to push the stock as the 4/20 has passed? This otc IPO really looks like a bad parody of that of MSRT from last year. MSRT started trading BEFORE 4/20
so that the momentum slowly built and here we have just a strange pricing and rather unlogical timing,imo.

On top of that, my broker doesn't allow me to buy this stock (usually this happens once a year or so,don't know why, the same is true for CGRW) so I can be a bit biased.
