They made split adjusted 1.50 eps over the last 6 months and they said they would be seeking a national listing.

That is the good.

The bad is they did an unnecessary r/s then they bought a helicopter for a ridiculous amount of shares.

That and the bulk of their revs are showing up as accounts receivable.

With a float of 73K it could get very interesting if the next report is good.
