I can see trails of trying to get Troy's attention, but I see multiple contruction projects here, and there, so where is any income from these projects. Most projects I see financing is done in the start of the project to start the project. Surely the company would be receiving something for their work.

Until we get a filing and offcial pr we are left in the dark. Hopefully Troy lets his supporting shareholders know
whats going on and the timeline.

The World Clean Energy Management Organization (WPPEI) held the '2026 Non-Profit Project Launch Ceremony' at its headquarters in Seoul on the 30th and officially announced a roadmap for training professionals to respond to the climate crisis. At the launching ceremony, the three core qualification courses that will be implemented in earnest in 2026 and the plan to establish a nationally recognized qualification test system were unveiled.

¦ Project 1: Carbon and Energy Consultant and Facility Specialist Training Academy



WPPEI will operate the 'Expert Training Academy' from November 2025 with the goal of cultivating practical talents who can be immediately put into the field of carbon-neutral industries. Unlike traditional theory-oriented education, this academy is characterized by providing a field-based practical curriculum based on WPP (World Power Production) and HYFI's advanced technology.

3 Core Qualifications Training Course (2025.11 ~ 2026.10)

1. Carbon Consultant
Training content: Carbon emission diagnosis, reduction strategy formulation, ESG reporting system practice
Method: 12 courses in total (online/offline), course fee 500,000 won
2. Energy Consultant
Training content: Renewable energy design, energy efficiency management, related policy practice
Method: 12 courses in total (online/offline), course fee 500,000 won
3. Clean Energy Specialist
Training content: WPP and HYFI technology-based facility operation and maintenance practice
Method: 40% theory + 60% practical training (on-site support by technical team), 12 sessions in total, 500,000 won

¦ Project 2: Establishment of qualification test and certification project and evaluation system

The 'Qualification Test and Certification Project' to secure the credibility of professional personnel will also be promoted. It is organized by the WPPEI's qualification testing committee and has increased accessibility by combining regular tests twice a year and regular online tests.

In particular, in the case of the facility expert course, practical evaluation using actual equipment will be mandatory in cooperation with WPP and HYFI technical teams to thoroughly verify technical proficiency and safety management capabilities. The certificate is valid for three years, and it manages continued expertise through remuneration training and renewal evaluation.

[Future vision: Establishment of a national climate and energy certification system]

WPPEI aims to register this qualification course as a nationally recognized private qualification by 2026. To this end, it is promoting consignment education linkages with institutions under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Ministry of Environment, and ultimately plans to establish a 'national climate and energy expert certification system' to lay a human foundation for realizing carbon neutrality in Korea.

Hanyong Investment Group (HIG) has launched the Global SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) project in earnest in cooperation with the United Alliance for Sustainable Development Goals (UnASDG IGO).

The two sides signed an MOU on December 31, 2025, and HIG was granted a letter of appointment as the Global Executive Representative. As a result, cooperation went beyond the declaration stage and led to actual project participation.

The program is currently being applied to hydrogen-based power generation and clean energy infrastructure construction projects centered on the Philippines and Indonesia, and is being expanded to national projects.

HIG will be responsible for business operations and execution based on the Hanyong Growth System (HGS), while UnASDG will provide the approval and international cooperation framework. A structure has been established that leads to approval, implementation, verification, and reporting.

The digital platform VDNA (VerraDNA) was also linked. It is a structure that can be verified and settled based on energy and carbon data.

Through this collaboration, UnASDG has appointed HIG Chairman Shim Hyuk-bo as a special representative of the global implementation team. As a result, HIG will act as a window for consultation with the state and institutions.

A HIG official said, "It will be an opportunity to connect SDG projects into an implementation structure."
