On May 3, 2024, the independent audit firm (BF Borgers CPA PC) utilized by Registrant was denied the privilege of appearing or practicing before the Securities and Exchange Commission as an accountant. Therefore, Registrant has not had sufficient time to retain a subsequent independent registered public accounting firm to conduct a review of our financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2024.
