Is this thing now dead, or just on hold. So every one that owns some of this turkey gives up and sells. At which point they get all ours cheap and then open it back up.

I missed it at the time but just read it on your advice. I'm not sure what to make of it with regard to BFNH. It is clearly the same industry and Kaiser is a well informed and well respected as far as I can tell, CFO IR type. BRVO just acquired something called TVee NOW which will, it seems, be their streaming platform. Since Kaiser is in both companies, it certainly could be there is some plan for the companies to work together. Nice find lifttruck.

Brooklyn, did you see the May 2023 press release on BRVO? It introduces the new people taking over.


In the paragraph on Kaiser, it says something very interesting. There is a sentence stating matter as fact, about are merger/acquisition.

About two years ago BFNH and ELGL signed a MOU for BFNH to acquire the assets of ELGL for stock. No details on the amount of stock were provided. There have been no details since, but the companies now have the same management and BOD. So it seems the deal is still on. The announcement that there would be no reverse split was the first publicly announced verification that the deal is still on. It also possible indicates that the deal is close to closing, but what close means is up for debate.

Also, this announcement referred to the deal as a merger, the first time as I recall that it's been called a merger instead of an acquisition of assets. This is a technical distinction that may make no difference as to it's effect on us, but it is something to be noted.

News out from ELGL. No reverse split necessary for the merger. The fact that they used the word merger is significant and that they are out with news. Maybe something is coming.

Steven Gagnon is still listed as co-ceo and signed the latest K filed in November, so that's good. He is also co-CEO of ELGL and listed as the founder and CEO of Element International which is a sub of ELGL. So he's still there. The WSJ also lists LaViolette and Sasha Shapiro as still there, but that's from two years ago. They're all still officers and directors of ELGL also, so it seems still alive. But when anything will happen is anyone's guess

It has a pretty high market cap for a shell company. Who's keeping it afloat?

NSS, when was the last time you checked the website? I haven't every looked at it so I just wondered if the under repair message was definitely new.

I have no idea what is going on. Yes, this has been going on for years. I don’t even know what to believe anymore. The majority of my money is stuck in PRED, so I’m hoping they will get their act together sooner than later. I have lots of friends and family stuck in ELGL and PRED. Either we have been lied to all of these years or ELGL will trade on this ticker in my opinion.

Only posting because I see some message board life...........which surprised me so many of the old holders are still here and watching. Has it really been 10+ years now?? Wow - time flies - still own a few hundred K of ELGL, but cannot buy it.

Haven't been keeping up on BFNH or ELGL boards in a long time..............now this is BFNH board, but I really reference ELGL - because ELGL is the one that "supposedly" has the value.......

I did notice some ELGL shares trade at 5 cents a while back. Still see a 0.0105 / 0019 bid/ask for ELGL (but last 0.0001 - which means I show $0 in my account, just like the rest of you)...........no idea what is accurate anymore.

I am sure you are still reading comments on this board. You said you were gone, but it’s hard for me to believe that you have just walked away. You make such a bold statement, but I don’t see any facts whatsoever backing it up. If you are reading this, please back up your statement by facts. Otherwise, it’s just a worthless statement

I thought that was the implication. A cesspool being a criminal type enterprise. I may have been wrong. In any event, I think it is legit, but I don't know what is going on behind the scenes.

I read his post as meaning that he and other shareholders have been selling substantial shares, not Merle.
Please correct me if I’m wrong and give me your insight. Having said that, someone is buying all those shares that are being sold. PIW doesn’t really give any facts in his post. I would like to know any hard evidence he has. It sounds like more emotions, that he is tired of waiting.

PIW's claim that Merle is selling is doubtful for at least two reasons. First, there two SEC filings of his disposing of shares, neither of which were done in the open market. They were transactions on 9/30/22 and 12/13/22. Both were gifts from a company that he is an executive officer of to a non-related person. Therefore the gift was from a company which he has indirect control of. The amounts were 20,000 and 10,000 shares respectively. As an officer and a ten percent holder of bfnh, he has to file every sale, which he did here, immediately after the transfer.

Second, in the months before the recent sales, starting on March 20, which PIW says are his sales and others he knows, the volume was so low that it would be impossible for anyone to sell enough shares to make any meaningful money. Less that a million shares were traded between July of 2022 and March 20 of 2023. Ferguson is listed as the owner of 16 million shares directly and almost 2 million indirectly through a company called Trade Exchange International. At about 2 dollars a share, this is about 2 million dollars if Ferguson sold all those shares. Hardly an amount worth risking jail for.

I have no idea if this company will make it or not. But the claims that it is a cesspool are unfounded, IMHO.

I have faith in Merle, that he will help bring PRED back to life. Having said that, since you live so close to the office, why don’t you walk in there and speak to Brad Robinson personally and see what he has to say. I am very heavily invested also. Any clarity would be helpful.

with all due respect to my $300K in losses and living only 20 minutes from the non running entity with one employee (Brad Robinson), please put forth some facts for the group as to why/how this will trade again. As a side note , you wont get any facts out of Anthazar.

you will never see PRED trade again. My assumption is that it will get turned into a shell as Brad has sold off assets. He can then attempt another scam, roll into his shell and wipe out all shareholders.

When do you expect PRED to start trading again? When can we expect some filings? When can we expect anything? This has been devastating for shareholders. I would appreciate a reply.

yes, the interlocking directorate is still there, but other than that, no indication of if and when it is going to happen.

You should take the time to learn how to read a 10K as EVERYTHING is there pointing to the 'Merger'

All one can do is wait. Merle is not a spring Chicken, pardon moi..Rooster anymore. Definitely not getting compensation. Then again this group of vitamins possibly has a self life. Since, phones are not connected for communication it appears the stock went down as soon as filing was seen. Possibly a tad before. I rarely see any action on any of their stocks.

Yes, it would be nice to have an update. All the same people are involved in the revolving doors so it should be easy to track a couple down. Possibly none of us would like what we would be told.

I would love to hear some answers on ELGL and PRED. We have been tortured enough. Please bring on some relevant filings or something. We need to see some credibility.

So far as I can see, there is absolutely nothing about the pending acquisition of ELGL's assets. Disappointing.
