Sadly many of you will have to learn a valuable lesson about investing and the law by losing your money on PRKR. Pie in the sky crazy valuations for companies that produce nothing and cannot win in court are not a good bet. I have seen this happen with several other patent trolls and am trying to help u. Sell it the stock is junk they will never make enough in settlements to even justify the $1 current share price. IMO my friends.

The market cap is now $100 MILLION! There is simply no way the stock is worth this much. I seriously doubt they get anything more than "nuisance value" settlements (go away money). Companies will give PRKR 1-2 million because that is what it would cost them in lawyers to make this pest go away. The company will put out PRs saying these tiny settlements are a great victory! They are actually a loss. The company is harassing productive companies who actually make products you use. The judges will shut them down. Sell whilst you can my friends. $1 is a GIFT! In my opinion.

The paid promoters are out in full force trying to lure naive retail get rich quick marks into this garbage stock! PRKR was done 13 years ago and have survived selling suckers a hope. The company PR propaganda 'aint gonna help u 1 bit my friends. They have diluted enough money out of the shares outstanding and have enough questionable deals to pay themselves a fortune. That is the purpose of this stock. $1 is WAY over valued as you will soon see. I am trying to help you my friends. The stock is a flim flam operation. In my opinion my friends!

This time frame is when the interview with the CEO and Glen Beck was airing on talk radio channels nationwide. So…. Millions of people heard it as I did. I was on my way to my chiropractor and turned on the radio and heard most of it. I was like WTF. It’s outrageous how this company got screwed by Corrupt Government - those mentioned in the interview and article I linked to. I had never heard of ParkerVision until I turned on the radio this morning. When I got back home I started doing the DD. This thing is just getting started. They mentioned Pam Bondi our new US Attorney General several times and how she’s going to come down on this crap very, very hard and make things right. It’s not just this company it’s many other company’s that have been screwed out of patents by Big Tech with Big Corrupt Government on the take. Qualcomm is going to pay Bigtime and rightfully so.

Glen Beck featured this company today with an interview with ParkerVision CEO Jeff Parker.
If Glen is all over it = Trump will be soon and the Sheet is going to hit the fan for Qualcomm and bunch of crooked politicians. My guess is by the end of 2025 ParkerVision will be awarded a massive settlement and patent rights. Knowing this late breaking stuff I’m going to be looking at buying all I can get next week. I sure hope u guys sold some! Don't be greedy with this get rich quick scheme they always turn out to be losers. The judges will sink this patent troll quick as it is the politics of the times we are in and has been for some time. The big tech companies work the politicians with money and the politicians have appointed judges who feel companies who hold patents but produce nothing should not have patent protection since they are not using them. The fact is this judge is looking for any way to kick PRKR to the curb. He probably knew he would be overturned on appeal but assumed PRKR would simply go away. The big tech companies support politicians who view patent trolls like PRKR as harning innovation. Those politicians appoint judges with a similar opinion. That is why the judges look for any legal way to dismiss patent trolls infringement cases. The appeals court told the judge exactly what he needs to do to get rid of PRKR and implied they would not intervene. The appeals court said the Markman hearing must be held first before the case can be dismissed. The Markman hearing and subsequent ruling defines the patent and infringement. This judge will simply accept QCOMs claim construction where the terms of the patent are defined so as they do not infringe. I have seen this with other patent trolls. I even saw 1 judge give a favorable Markman ruling for a troll and the troll won then in another trials Markman ruling define the patent terms so there was no infringement. The troll lost that case. That judge ended up going to work for Facebook! lol. That is why I say with PRKR SELL the pops! IMO!

With potential damages in the billions it may be trading at call option value. Given that it has been sent back to the court there is now a higher probability of a settlement... which could be hundreds of millions / multiples of the current market cap.

There will be no trial until MAYBE 2025 then that takes YEARS. Even if you somehow win with a jury the judge would just throw out the verdict like your last attempt to sue QCOM back in 2014. Then comes the inevitable YEARS of appeals. Maybe even another US Patent Office reexam since they seem to grant most of them! That takes YEARS. The system is completely against "patent trolls" (non practicing entities). The politicians who get money from the big tech companies are appointing judges who share their opinion that patent trolls harm innovation and need to be sidelined. That is why the judge in the QCOM2 case tossed PRKR out of court. They recently won in appeals court and now the case will continue but that same judge will find another technicality to toss your case. I would sell the pop if I were you. PRKR has had a few pops over its life and you would have been wise to sell them.

Anyone have a timeline on next steps in the case since DC court of appeals sent it back for trial in Florida on September 6th?

I bought more PRKR in the past 2 wks. PRKR is in hibernation now but will come back to life in April or May when case is set for trial ). Last week another Texas Eastern District court found in favor of a small co. ( VLSI ) $2 billion verdict against Intel for patent infringement. Our cases could be HUGE.

I bought 10,750 shares at 54 cents each, not long before the Markman ruling, and am up almost $14k. It’s still way way undervalued. Looking forward to this ride.

PRKR ready to start to get ruling any day. Load up. Could double any day and really explode in May or April. Eastern District Court of Texas is called the ROCKET DOCKET. Filed one day and a ruling the next day. Billions coming in rulings. Look at the recent ruling out of ED. Apple had to pay over $1 billion + to another small company.

I think it was when ParkerVision hired Louis Freeh a former Director of the FBI, that I really took notice of how this could possibly play-out.
