Same here. I have a buy limit order at 0.0001 on Schwab and it’s sitting. Unusual to find a .000 stock with a tiny bit of news that hasn’t been pumped and spammed yet.

It provides share data to investors, ie amount of outstanding and authorized shares to investors on pink securities. There’s no bid or ask, it’s not trading .

No, la izzy, BEEI's SEC suspension was for ten market days, ending on March 16,2015. Since many Brokers won't allow their clients to buy previously suspended stocks the stock ends up being a zombie stock until FINRA deletes the ticker symbol.

Bald Eagle Energy is about to jump 1000%

This oil company has leases right below Exxon, Chevron, and Mobil on the Alaskan Slope. Alvaro Volnmers (CEO) is rumored to begin leasing equipment for drilling. This one's going to explode very soon.

Check out MNLU they have actually taken action it has fundys and is a solid chart play at the moment. Might not get rich overnight but you could make some nice profit. It is a buy and hold stock though not for the impatient. Gl

Sorry to hear that Skysthelimit1. I exited out of this a while back on a high day and although I did not make much I did not lose any either ... other than commissions. If you still interested in oil you might try the following stock PPWE (I own some of it, it has down trended a fair bit over the last week or so from a high but it appears like we are still waiting on news and it could head back up a lot if they get the financing they are talking about or they drill the wells they are talking about as of late ... rumor has it that they should be releasing news soon ... I would not put to much into that however).

Well, someone just sold over 417K of this stock today driving the price down again to thousands of a cent as it was a few months ago. I'll guess I'll have to write this crap stock off as a loss at the end of this year. This should teach me to never again be a sucker to investing in these oil ventures, 99% of the time its all talk and no action. What a piece of crap!

My opinion is that if they can't do it in this enviroment then they just can't do it. Oil is over $100 per barrel for crying out loud. At this point it looks like the company is done. Would love to be proven wrong but I don't think this is going to be the case at this point.

Beei keeps going up for the fourth day in a row. I wonder if this has anything to do with this being the last year their AK leases will last. Wonder if this could be an insider move or takeover?

If anything's gonna happen with this one its going to be within the next year. Their leases are up in 2012.

Their land leases in AK are expiring one year from last Tuesday. I found this info on one of their SEC reports. I also found something through the AK natural resources website that they are way behind in paying their lease payments. So this could either mean its a total bust, or a possibility for another Co. to buy up Beei and try again. If they go bust, I'm out a few thous. Grrrr :(

Anyone know why all of a sudden BEEI is nearly up to .01 per share? I Gooled it and nothing. I do know that all their leases are expiring on January 2012. So I am wondering if there will finally be some type of activity. What do you think?

Called the number listed for company on filings and it was disconnected. This company fell off the map.

Maybe so. Im thinking of snagging a few thousand shares here and stashing them for a lotto play one day. I would have to read the financials again but this could also turn into a nice reverse merger one day if there is not much debt on the books.

my online account will let me buy beei again, for a long time it wouldn't....Maybe that means something...lol

My understanding is they are dormant to save money(since they have none), to keep their leases current. I have no idea if leases are active or not, silent for wayyyyyy to long.

Just wondering if the company is still going through with the original plan in the filings but just doesnt want to flip the bucks to broadcast until they have something huge to say.

I'm still here, just not making any money on this.

I'm down about 60% but eventually oil will rise and this could come alive. OR NOT. Not in too deep so I'll just hold.

Last I remember is being down to the one guy, no money, no nothing, just hanging around. I don't even know if the leases are current, just a dark hole, no more info.

I see this stock back down to .02 I guess the company can't Get Er Done anymore lol .This had run once last year on a recommendation to buy based on the reserves the company owned. What ever happened to all the OIL? Can this baby run again I see no real volume at all now we need a good rumor again .This time for real though jmo

I hate to be the one to say it but I think we don't ahve enough liquidity in the stock. 91,000 shares in a day is no where close to enough for a 2 cent stock. If it was up in the dollar range it would be a good thing but not down here in the .018-.02 range. Just proves to me that the company is being very carefull with the money and our stock (all good things in my mind).

Up to the point where BEEI finds oil I don't think that is relavant to the stock. I have seen it jump into this range before only to drop back down a day or two later. I guess we will have to wait and see.

What just happened here?

I have been in and out of this stock twice now and lost big both gos. Lost track of what has happened here but it looks as though nothing has!

Peeps own it but I wonder why. Sometime ago I remember someone going on and on about how the head guys were the best at what they did, growing energy companies right, and that the particular parcel of land to develope was extremely ripe for exploration.


Now the stock languishes between 18 and 20, 18 and 20, 18 and 20...with no news or what

is there dilution here or a forward split or is this thing going to die because of lack o' interest?

I don't think there is dilution here. I think this would be trading quite a bit more than it is if there was a bigger float and there for dilution. I think it is just a little bit early in the time line. If the people that ran this were issuing a lot of stock you would see more selling and the price dropping considering there is not much in the way of interest at the moment. I believe based on what I think is a time line of next year for this stock to start to move I will be adding a much larger position during the late summer next year (maybe sooner if things start to pick up).
