New ownership and ceo in April this year and silence since. Grist is a known POS ceo but he is better than nothing or the same as it seems. Expert market happens on 7-17-24 if they do not file.

BBBT are SEC reporting. Any SEC reporting company cannot have more than an 180 day gap between initial missed financial date before being placed in a 15 day grace period leading to expert market. BBBT is missing 12-31-23 annual, so 180 days from 12-31-23 would be 6-28-2024 but I believe it would start on the following Monday.

So,If no filings or News by E.o.d Monday...They will be listed on Expert by 7/15?

You know this has no reverse split under its belt? Only a forward, I bet they have some true legacy holders here still. I dont think I have seen a .0001 ticker not having splits of the yazoo in its history. Should be appreciated more imo.

The product is not approved for sale in Florida
But Florida is not an easy state for agricultural approvals or it costs to much in fees to pay Florida.
From what i understand is it is a great product but their financial reporting doesn’t show they sell enough of it.
I ordered it to be sent to my NJ home

I believe AS increase was last year, where this was TA verified as of April of this year so the only unaccounted for shares would be since April imo. I dont see them dropping SEC until being current but even after that, SEC is preferred over OTCM imo. Attorneys vs audits, truth would be easier to find out with audits even if they are still dirty.

I have a hunch this could be a killer runner but the wall is coming up to our backs pretty quick here so we shall see.

Thanks for sharing. I'd be more comfortable with whoever is in charge filing a Form 15 at this point. Being SEC Reporting and delinquent is a very bad thing. Looks like he/she already has IQ Access, so why not just go that route. Also there was a recent increase in AS and I don't see it being TA Verified so there are lots of ifs and questions.

OTCN is at 0.0321 if everyone put their sell orders in that high it would run but like i said everyone would have to do it.
