Yeah, too bad they sabotage their stock by refusing to give out any info. Notice their stock is not mentioned in the article.

I owned some LANZ (pure speculation) in the past but sold it when it bumped up.

I had one stock I bot in Feb of 2018 that I bought 50k shares of - pure speculation - at around .03 cents after tracking it for years. It was like LANZ -- had website and seemed to be doing good business but no info to shareholders. I emailed them for info and ZERO response.

In November of the same year they were bot out at .22+ cents per share.

Proof you can get lucky with some of these if you're willing to buy them on the cheap and just sit on them. I have many other similar stories I could tell.

I have some shares of SVSO and they refuse to give out info as well. Some of these companies get their money by sucking on the public teat and then once they start to make $$ they go dark.

There are a lot of greedy, unscrupulous CEO behind many of these penny companies.

As one CEO of a penny company said to me years back: "aint nobody clean in this business".

Trust me, I know dark companies that should be trading at a multiple of their stock price --- not by just guessing either. I have one I'm accumulating that is trading at around half the value of its cash and 1/6 of its book value.

This could be a buy or a sell here depending on what their balance sheet looks like. It could be worth 100 xs the current price, or it could be worth ZERO.

I've had companies that were dark that had (at least from what I could see) promise. One recent one had its form 15 filed, so no worries of delisting. They had assets too. BUT. the CEO did not pay for a transfer agent for over 6 years, nor do the records himself --->

So I was sent a letter from my broker that said:

Pursuant to DTC's Destruction of Non -Transferable Securities Certificate Program, we have removed these securities from your account and are providing this notification as your receipt representing the shares.

Thus went around 275,000 shares (just under 10% of the company) into oblivion. (I think I have the CUSIP)

I suspect that the CEO did this by design, but don't have proof.

Oh, and just so you know I have at last count 84 stocks that went to ZERO, were delisted, show as bonds, or CUSIPS, in various accounts. The paper profits --- not cashed on these before whatever happened that took them to zero --- is in 7 figures. I've paid a little for my education in the DARK, GREY, PINK, pennyland.

So, If I get ZERO financial information then I relegate the stock to pure SPECULATION.... and for me that means I may lose every penny I put into it.

My thoughts as well....potential buyout....I dug into the company as much as I could and I like what i saw....

With such a low OS and float....this stock should probably be trading at 10x this price

Hope you make a bundle on it. If it dips back into the teens I might consider picking up some shares. I have it on watch. I've set up a news a alert for it

Every now and then I buy a few shares of dark company P P M D with profits. They've been dark since 2004 but I think sooner of later the CEO is going to retire or sell out. Pure speculation. I don't know is the OS is the same because they would not give me any info when I called the company -- not even the transfer agent.

I know thse dark stocks can run. They reinstated 2 years ago, followed it since then. Last September volume came in, died a bit away and now again, reaching new highs

These dark companies can present some pretty good opportunities. I don't own any shares of this one but I did call the company once to make some inquiries --- with absolutely no co-operation on the other end.

However -- the same thing happened to me when I contacted Massive Interactive. Their ticker was HUGE and I bot shares as low as just under .03. Then about 10 months later (after about 2 or 3 emails to their company that went unanswered - they are in UK) the company got bought out for .22 per share. Sometimes when their dark that is the best outcome. I've had some do very well, others not so well.

Well...I agree that the company is much larger than it was....I’d say that they could be doing $20ml in revs /yr imo right now

Somebody has been stealthily buying down here....I grabbed a lotto at 32....I’ll sit on it for now....I may try to contact somebody tomorrow if I get time....

Few months ago, but they didn't reply back then. Only thing I know is this got reinstated 2 years ago and business seems rather big.

Sooo....have you ever contacted this company directly ? Especially recently? Looks like something is up here..
