Bought a small amount of AXGC before most tickers went EM. Noticed old AXGC management did next to nothing to boost the stock

The old OS shares were around 41.6 million. Looks like Frank from Alpharidge has made it 416 milllion shares OS. Typically when Frank does a move like this, about 90%+ shares are restricted. Thinking AXGC will have a float of 17 million or so

On 10-26-2022 the Nevada court granted a share cancellation of 24,570,300 shares of AXGC. Subtract 41 million from 24 million to get a probable 17 million float

The new OS should be 392 million, 375 million restricted, and a 17 million float based on past Alpharidge actions.

Also the RM company cannot RS for 2 yrs after the contract is signed/done.

Would not expect any action until 2023.

They extended it until early September. I'm not sure of the exact date, but I think its September 3rd. So, TD Ameritrade will accept sell orders, but not buy orders.

I was sent an email from my trading platform it was suppose to be in Mid August ( I can't recall exact date). It's past that date so I dont know an explanation for the trading of it?

SB, I am not asking why I bought this. I was "tipped" off from a friend who has since passed away, but rather why is this still trading and at the volume levels its been. The tall tales of libyan oil and billions of barrels of oil was silly from the onset, but as to why now is this still going is a head scratcher.
