Max Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MXMI), announced today that it has closed its acquisition of www.Babelation.com. The acquisition was completed with using founder's shares from G. James Grady Jr., Chairman of Max Media, resulting in no dilution to the current shareholders.

Babelation.com is a Leading User-Generated News and Information distribution portal focused on the aggregation of content from authors, bloggers, expert reporters, students, news junkies and everyday people. It is "News by You for You".
