Buyout is imminent. Predictions put the range in the $3-$6 CAD area ($2.12-$4.24 USD). Personally, I think it could be higher given the fully permitted, shovel ready nature of the Reward Project, plus the massive potential for resource expansion with more drilling in untested areas. AngloGold Ashanti has consolidated most of the Beatty District already and absolutely NEEDS the Reward and Bullfrog projects to make their numbers work.

I'm not used to such wild swings in volatility and available trading liquidity. I would like us to be at about a cent or better before any news breaks. Revisiting half a cent I think spooks investor confidence. Where do you forecast things heading? I value your insights.

No, this company is the real deal and is owned by the most successful small cap junior mining executive in history, Richard Warke. Augusta Gold is located in the #1 mining jurisdiction in the world, Nevada. Within Nevada, they are located in the #1 mining district, the Beatty District which is primarily owned and controlled by Anglo-Gold Ashanti. They own the only fully permitted, shovel ready heap leach mine in the Beatty District. This is NOT an OTC company. This is a TSX company utilizing foreign exposure with an OTC listing. They only have ~89M shares outstanding with the CEO owning around 25M shares and he routinely buys in the open market. He funds the company with his own money for the most part and is ultra allergic to dilution bc he makes his money on selling his projects in cash for shares transactions.

I've been following some of the BEGI crowd and ended up here, this company looks interesting, read the presentation that was posted and it's appealing, never invested in miners before, is this prospect being actively mined or is it just being proposed.

Hope something happens here. I see they just raised some money. but that is barely enough to cover the outstanding payables. Little left over to do any real work in Nevada. But I guess better than where they were aa few months back - stone-cold broke.

The new investors should work hard to bring some new management in that knows what they are doing and replace the board. That would be a great move and in the right direction and finally get this company moving.

Ok, now you are a real idiot. Beling has done absolutely nothing with this company in the last five years. It's stone cold broke. Dead. Yes its a really nice asset and he has squandered it because he knows zero about running a junior company today. Being on 9 boards or 900 boards means zero to me. It's this one that matters. And Bullfrog Gold sucks big time. He is not building any resources because there is zero activity going on for the past three years. Nothing. Maybe dreaming of large deposits but Bullfrog sure as hell is not drilling for them. Because the company is broke.

Now that would be the smartest thing Bullfrog could do. Merge it or sell it to another listed junior with a team that can manage and promote. This story is dying fast until they do just what you suggest.

No one calls it a scam. It's run by very old people who are incompetent in managing a junior exploration company. It's run out of the guys house!!! It s not even an office.

There is zero news or activity here. Zero. But everyone else around them is charging hard because the management teams and boards know what the heck they are doing. Website sucks. No social media presence, no conference attendance. Zip!

If this company actually had a plan and management, then it would worth holding more shares. But these guys are total incompetent bozos. The company is inactive and as dead as a turtle on a highway. No cash, no news or activity. So this is probably the last stock would want to own.

They aren't really interested in milling are they? Drilling and holding property leases is fine until you run out of money. If gold is $1900 an ounce would they be hot leaching ore? They still need to build a processing plant. IMO, 3-5 years out.

Management is everything. Any questions? Barrick left proven and probable reserves in the ground. There is robust data to support this. Barrick ceased operations when gold was 300.00 an ounce. Just wish I was holding more.

This is who is running the show. Hardly a time in a mans career to be running a scam.

He has all the proven credentials to make this baby tick. Personally, I think this will get bought with a premium. I think he’s just proving and growing the resource. Barrick kept their right of first refusal. Oh, did I say Barrick? Yes, that Barrick.

Been following this one for a while and there is absolutely zero news or activity. The financials are a horror show and the company is stone cold broke. Why are they not doing something? Seems like no one is running this. Nevada is a hot spot these days and Bullfrog actually has a deposit.
