ASKH OS hasn't changed since 12/31/17 over 8 years ago ...

Excluding the Chinese BS shares the OS is 29.8 mil with a float of 21 mil - been the same forever.

In 2022 and 2023 peeps had plenty of time to unload on 3 separate runs to sell over a dime - unfortunately most of us idiots held for a reverse merger which never materialized.

In 2015 Artfield Investments - yes the same firm attempting to put the current BS merger together was paid $45k for consulting fees. Half of this was paid in cash and the other in restricted shares which have never been issued or "dumped". There have been no other consultants brought on since hence the unchanged share count. This was when ASKH was an SEC filer so it’s all there.

In 2017 LG Capital was issued 18 mil shares for 24k in financing for audit fees (also in SEC filings). This was a ridiculous arrangement but it is what it is and everyone knew about it. This brought the OS share count from 11 mil to the current 29 mil level. Still very tiny/micro for the otc.

The incompetence of Richards is a given – discussed ad nauseum. The attempted merger with a Chinese company may be the most ignorant move I have seen - not even pump worthy.

There's nothing new to this story and personally the only individual who owns more shares here than me is Richards himself.

Big boards have been very good the past 3 years so this is simply a write off in the event it goes blank. The otc is in total collapse and on life support. Unfortunately King Richard missed his window.
