ASCK filed a form 1-A this month, offering 2 billion shares for sale at $0.001 per share. 4 times in the past they have had their outstanding share count inflated, and each time they did a massive reverse split, getting the share count down to under 10 million, followed by issuing themselves about 50 million shares, making the shares remaining after the reverse split diluted into worthlessness. See the message I am replying to for the details on the history of these reverse splits and massive self payments they have made following the reverse splits.
This process of reverse splits and massive self payments they do takes away the company from the shareholders and gives them back about 90% ownership of the company.
So expect to see another huge reverse split after they do this 2 billion share offering, and then expect to see those shares remaining after the reverse split to be diluted down to nothing with another self payment to John and Co.

John, Auscrete has reported no revenue since 2020. Only $13k in revenue has ever been reported by Auscrete in SEC filings, for one tiny home, back in 2020. How do you reconcile that versus your claims that Auscrete has been operating over the past two years?

Let me make sure I understand. You spent $1.3 Million for new equipment that could produce enough product for 300 homes per year and put it in a building that was only big enough to produce product for 24 homes per year. And you didn't see that coming?

So you're basically in the same situation as years ago. Sounds like you need a ton of cash that will turn into pps going down.

Brando, you and others should know a little History. After losing our backing in 2017, we needed to re start so, in early 2019 we re-opened a factory in (Lower) Goldendale, WA. at a different venue. We produced a series of small homes but had limited production equipment. We rejected over $9 million in Sales (one multi with 4 buildings was $7.5 million) because we couldn't produce. Today, if we could produce quantity, we could take orders into 2 years from now. However, after spending $1.3 million on new equipment that can produce 300 homes per year (with possible revenues of $45 million) we are still thwarted with a small 8K sq. ft. building with only 4 casting beds that can only produce enough building products for 2 small homes per month, which is what we are doing right now.since completion of the plant last October.
To that end we have an offering in the works to raise $2 - $5 million so we can build a new campus with buildings that can produce at least 100 homes to start per year (rev around $15 mill). This might be why the volume some days is quite high as some people know this and the price is right. So we're still here and we still have a job. Please drop the "old man" thing, I'm not that old and I'd like to see us back over a penny soon for the offering. Our future is outstanding.
