engineering company, announces the appointment of Brian Burdorf as National Air Permitting and
Compliance Director within its Environmental Division. Burdorf, a
top-tier air quality expert, will be responsible for overseeing and
expanding the company's U.S. air permitting and compliance practice
which is made up of multi-disciplined professionals across the
country.

Mr. Burdorf brings more than 20 years of leadership and
technical experience in various roles to his position at ARCADIS.
His previous duties included U.S. and global responsibilities
working on large capital projects; climate change and compliance
initiatives; due diligence; environmental offsets; state and
federal construction (Prevention of Significant Deterioration
[PSD], nonattainment, and minor new source review [NSR]) and
operating permit (Title V) authorizations; compliance audits;
emissions control technology analyses; dispersion modeling;
environmental inventories and reporting. Most recently, he served
leading industrial clients in the southwestern states.
Mr. Burdorf received his Bachelor of Science degree in
Mechanical Engineering from Texas A & M
University. He received his Master of Business degree from
