Posted on behalf of Cambria Gold - In the latest News Explained video, EVP Ryan Weymark walks through why he and two other mining engineers, Joe Driscoll and Paul Saxton, just joined the board of Cambria (CAMB.v, CAMBVF):
The move, confirmed at the June 29 AGM, is meant "to support with the next stage of development as we work towards the restart of the Premier Gold Project and the development of the Red Mountain Project" [0:13].
Weymark runs Fuse Advisors, a consulting firm of over 50 mining engineers, metallurgists and project managers, and is a partner in the Fiore Group. The read: a board being weighted toward hands-on mine development at exactly the stage a restart story needs it.

Posted on behalf of Cambria Gold - The edge for CAMB.v, CAMBVF is who owns the neighborhood. The Premier Gold mine and Red Mountain Gold Project both sit on Nisga'a Nation Treaty Lands in BC's Golden Triangle.
CEO Rob McLeod: "There is a level of trust between us that helps expedite permitting and decision-making."
Nisga'a Growth Corp handles environmental monitoring on the ~23 km access road that broke ground June 1, linking Red Mountain and the 2,500 tpd Premier mill. It feeds the four-deposit feasibility study on track for Q4 2026, with 27,000 m of infill drilling ongoing.

Posted on behalf of Cambria Gold - With gold trading around US$4,135/oz, the developers with an edge are the ones that can reach production without building from scratch. That is the case for CAMB.v, CAMBVF, a Golden Triangle gold restart in northwest BC.
The flagship Premier project already has a 2,500 tpd mill standing on site, one of the few pieces of gold-processing infrastructure in the region. That lets Cambria point four 100%-owned deposits at one mill in a hub-and-spoke setup: Premier-Northern Lights, Big Missouri, Silver Coin and Red Mountain, all on Nisga'a Nation Treaty Lands.
Heading into the catalyst: an updated feasibility study across all four deposits on track for Q4 2026 (company-stated), a 27,000 m infill program upgrading resources to feed it, and full funding after the C$175M raise that closed Jan 27, 2026.
The June 9 Streetwise report walks through how the mill and Red Mountain line up for the feasibility work.

Posted on behalf of Cambria Gold - The board hire is the tell here. At its June 29 AGSM, CAMB.v, CAMBVF elected all seven directors and added three veteran mining engineers: Joe Driscoll (B.Sc. Mining Engineering, Montana Tech; SME Distinguished Fellow), Paul Saxton (Cominco, Mascot Gold Mines, International Corona, Viceroy) and Ryan Weymark (EVP and Director, Fiore Group Partner, P.Eng., ex-NexGen Rook I).
CEO Rob McLeod framed it as adding "three accomplished mining engineers with proven mine development experience" to align with the Premier restart and Red Mountain development.
With gold near US$4,050/oz, the bench you bring in to build a mine matters. This is a restart, not greenfield: a standing 2,500 tpd mill at Premier, a four-deposit pipeline, and 27,000 m of infill drilling feeding a feasibility study on track for Q4 2026.

Posted on behalf of Cambria Gold Mines Inc. - Cambria Gold Mines Inc. (CAMB.v CAMVF) advanced both sides of its portfolio in June, reporting new high-grade gold results from its 2026 infill development drilling program at the Premier Gold Project in British Columbia and appointing Cleveland Dodge Rueckert as Vice-President (USA) to support the Mt. Margaret copper-gold project in Washington State.
Rueckert’s appointment is tied to Cambria’s evaluation of a potential spin out of Mt. Margaret into a new US-focused company. In his role, he will help advance the project through capital markets, stakeholder engagement, financial modelling, future project financing, corporate strategy and potential M&A opportunities. + More information on the potential spin out is expected soon.
At Premier, Cambria reported recent results from the Prew and 602 zones, including 19.82 g/t Au over 5.0m, with 45.88 g/t Au over 2.0m (hole P26U-0003), 483.0 g/t Au over 1.0m (hole P26U-0011) at Prew, and 9.82 g/t Au over 12.2m, including 15.62 g/t Au over 4.0m (hole P26-2694) at 602.
The results demonstrate continuity of gold grade and host structure as it works toward a potential restart of operations.

Posted on behalf of Cambria Gold Mines Inc. - Cambria Gold Mines Inc. (Ticker: CAMB.v CAMVF for US investors) recently advanced two key areas of its portfolio, with new infill drilling results from the Premier Gold Project in British Columbia and a management appointment tied to the potential spin out of its Mt. Margaret copper-gold project in Washington State.
On June 9, Cambria reported first results from its underground infill drilling program at the Prew Zone and additional surface drilling results from the 602 Zone at Premier, highlighting new high-grade gold intercepts as part of its 2026 infill development drilling program.
Earlier this week, on June 23, the company appointed Cleveland Dodge Rueckert as Vice-President (USA) to help advance Mt. Margaret, with CAMB also stating that additional information regarding a potential spin out of the project into a new US-focused company is expected soon.
Together, these updates show how Cambria is advancing both near-term work and longer-term strategic planning. With active work underway at Premier and a new VP (USA) appointed to support Mt. Margaret, Cambria is continuing to move both sides of its portfolio forward.

Posted on behalf of Cambria Gold - The capital-markets bench is filling out at CAMB.v, CAMBVF. This week the company named Cleveland "Cleve" Rueckert as Vice-President (USA), the latest hire ahead of a planned US spin-out of its Mt. Margaret copper-gold project.
Rueckert brings roughly two decades across investment management, equity research and IR. Most recently he led investor relations at Barrick Mining Corporation, handling communications around the Fourmile project. Before that he spent years in equity research at UBS, finishing as an executive director covering metals and mining across North and South America. He holds an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business.
He's the fourth US-focused appointment since late May, joining VP Projects (USA) David Thomas, Community Relations Coordinator (USA) Orla Abrahams, and VP Exploration Asa East, another ex-Barrick Fourmile hand. At Cambria he'll help lead capital markets, marketing, stakeholder engagement, financial modelling and future project financing, plus corporate strategy and potential M&A.
The asset behind it: a calc-alkaline porphyry with copper, gold and molybdenum about 22 km southwest of Randle, Washington. The footprint starts at surface and spans over one square kilometre, with multiple holes ending in mineralization more than 400 m down. A 1980 Duval estimate of 577 Mt grading 0.36% Cu, 0.24 g/t Au, 0.011% Mo and 1.58 g/t Ag is historical, predates NI 43-101, and is not treated as a current resource (see Apr 22, 2026 NR).
With copper around US$6/lb and gold above US$4,000, putting this leadership in place sets up Mt. Margaret to stand on its own once the spin-out lands, and lets Cambria keep advancing toward its Q4 2026 BC gold feasibility study with a cleaner story.

Cambria Gold (TSXV: CAMB) Strikes High-Grade Gold in BC – Barrick Veteran Joins for Dual Gold + Copper-Gold Rocket
Posted on behalf of Cambria Gold Mines. - (TSXV: CAMB | OTCQX: CAMVF) continues advancing both its near-term gold growth strategy in British Columbia and its longer-term U.S. copper-gold ambitions with the appointment of Cleveland Rueckert as Vice President (USA).
Rueckert brings recent stakeholder engagement experience from Barrick, including work associated with the Fourmile discovery in Nevada, and will help advance Cambria's Mt. Margaret copper-gold project in Washington State. His focus will include capital markets, stakeholder engagement, project financing, corporate strategy, and supporting a potential spin-out of Mt. Margaret into a standalone U.S.-focused company.
The appointment comes as Cambria continues to deliver strong results from its Premier Gold Project in northwestern British Columbia, where ongoing underground infill drilling is supporting development planning and a potential restart strategy.
Recent highlights include:
• Hole P26U-0003: 5.0m of 19.82 g/t Au, including 2.0m of 45.88 g/t Au
• Hole P26U-0007: 6.3m of 14.96 g/t Au, including 3.0m of 24.50 g/t Au
• Hole P26U-0008: 7.0m of 11.38 g/t Au, including 2.9m of 26.56 g/t Au
• Hole P26U-0016: 9.0m of 7.24 g/t Au, including 3.0m of 12.93 g/t Au
• Hole P26U-0011: 1.0m of 483.0 g/t Au
• Hole P26-2694: 12.2m of 9.82 g/t Au, including 4.0m of 15.62 g/t Au
Management noted the results continue to demonstrate grade continuity at the Prew and 602 Zones, located down-plunge from the historic Premier Mine. With underground drilling expected to continue through early Q3 and surface drilling set to move to Silver Coin and Big Missouri, Cambria is advancing a 27,000m infill program designed to strengthen confidence in multiple deposits across the Premier district.
As high-grade drilling advances in B.C. and preparations continue for Mt. Margaret's next stage of development, Cambria is building exposure to both near-term gold development and large-scale copper-gold optionality.

Posted on behalf of Cambria Gold Mines - With gold near US$4,200/oz, a developer that already owns a mill has an edge. At Cambria (CAMB.v CAMBVF), 27,000 m of infill drilling at flagship Premier is upgrading indicated resources toward measured, feeding the four-deposit feasibility study the company has on track for Q4 2026.
Recent highlights include 19.8 g/t Au over 5.0m, 15.0 g/t Au over 6.3m and 483 g/t Au over 1.0 m in a new hanging-wall zone, with visible gold as well as 9.8 g/t Au over 12.2 m from surface.
With grade continuity firming up, Cambria is steadily building the foundation the Q4 2026 feasibility study will need to underwrite, which sets up a back half of the year worth watching.

Posted on behalf of Cambria Gold Mines - A built mill is the part of a development story that does not show up in a drill result, and it is the part that quietly changes what a gold price actually means for a company. Cambria Gold Mines (TSXV: CAMB, OTCQX: CAMVF) spent the spring connecting its highest-grade deposit to that mill while gold held near multi-decade highs.
Where gold sits: spot traded near $4,371.25/oz on June 17, 2026, holding near recent highs after a surprise U.S.-Iran agreement to reopen the Strait of Hormuz eased near-term energy inflation fears and fueled a relief rally. That is still up roughly $928/oz, about 27%, year over year, even after gold's roughly 18% decline from its February peak.
The development beat: on June 1, 2026, Cambria began construction on a 23 km access road to its high-grade Red Mountain deposit (see June 1, 2026 NR). Phase I in 2026 targets rebuilding 13 km of historic road, with work continuing into 2027. Upon production, mineralized material will be trucked for processing at Cambria's 2,500 tonne per day mill at the Premier Mine.
What Red Mountain holds: 3.19M tonnes of Measured and Indicated at 7.63 g/t Au and 21.02 g/t Ag (783,000 oz Au; 2,156,000 oz Ag), plus 405,000 tonnes of Inferred at 5.32 g/t Au and 7.33 g/t Ag (69,000 oz Au; 96,000 oz Ag).
The bigger picture is a hub-and-spoke camp. The plan is to blend or batch process ore from the Premier deposits with high-grade ore trucked from the nearby Red Mountain deposit, sourcing from both the Premier and Red Mountain properties. The updated study folds in all four deposits: Red Mountain, Big Missouri, Silver Coin and Premier, targeted for completion by Q4 2026.
Resource upgrade drilling is underway at Premier-Northern Lights, Big Missouri, and Silver Coin, with the updated feasibility study on track for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
With the road under construction and resource drilling feeding the model, the four-deposit camp and the standing mill are being wired into a single study the market can underwrite. A firm gold tape into a Q4 2026 feasibility sets up a year where the plan, not just the price, could start doing the talking.

Cambria Gold (CAMB): High-Grade Underground Hits Spark Premier Restart, 19.82 g/t Au over 5m (incl. 45.88 g/t) & 483 g/t Bonanza Intercept
Posted on behalf of Cambria Gold Mines Inc. - (TSXV: CAMB | OTCQX: CAMVF) has reported the first results from its 2026 underground infill drilling program at the Prew Zone, part of the Premier Gold Project in northwestern British Columbia — with multiple high-grade intercepts confirming continuity.
Headline results from Prew Zone (underground):
• 19.82 g/t Au over 5.0m (incl. 45.88 g/t over 2.0m)
• 14.96 g/t Au over 6.3m (incl. 24.50 g/t over 3.0m)
• 11.38 g/t Au over 7.0m (incl. 26.56 g/t over 2.9m)
• 7.24 g/t Au over 9.0m (incl. 12.93 g/t over 3.0m)
• 483.0 g/t Au over 1.0m
Additional surface drilling at the 602 Zone returned:
• 9.82 g/t Au over 12.2m (incl. 15.62 g/t over 4.0m)
Management states these results demonstrate continuity of gold grade and host structures down-dip from the historic Premier Mine. The 2026 program is focused on tightly spaced delineation drilling (average 12.5m centres from underground platforms) to improve modelling accuracy, addressing what the company believes was overly wide 25m spacing in prior surface programs.
Mineralization at Prew consists of quartz-breccia with sulfide infill, locally hosting visible gold. Close-spaced drilling is also helping define post-mineral faulting that affects orientation and continuity, critical inputs for development planning.
Two underground drills and one surface drill are currently active. The underground infill program is expected to continue into early Q3 2026, with surface drilling transitioning to the Silver Coin and Big Missouri deposits in July.
Cambria plans to complete ~27,000m of infill and development drilling across the Premier Project this year as it advances toward a potential restart strategy.
These initial results suggest the Prew Zone may provide a high-grade, structurally coherent component to that restart framework.
