revoked Nevada corporation located in Lenexa, Kansas with a class of securities registered with the Commission pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(g). AMNI is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2023, which reported a net loss of $259,099 for the prior three months. As of August 4, 2025, unsolicited quotations for the common stock of AMNI (Symbol: AMNI) were submitted on the Expert Market tier of OTC Link ATS, whose parent company is OTC Markets Group Inc.

That was passed one week ago, and it is a reverse split. They have until November to do it or not. But there was a lot of push back from shareholders on the CC yesterday.

Hi Stockberry. I cant PM but I appreciate your post and let me tell you you are right on target. It was a promo ran about a month or two ago and most everyone lost money except the people at the very beginning. Everyone involved is shady beyond belief.

True. But, truthfully the BIG oil guys don't do this type of exploration anymore. They would rather "write a big check" then do what IFNY is doing, so the market climate was most likely a contributing factor, too.
