It's been ages since I last posted here, having written off this stock four years ago. AMNE is existing limbo as there is nobody at home to delist the security. A brief timeline from my time of investing in the company:

Under one of its former names, Regions Oil and Gas (No relation to a current low-sulfur fuel company), it filed for bankruptcy in 2007.

1-for-500 reverse split in February 2008 with a symbol change from RGNO to AMGG.
Switched core business from exploration of mature oil wells to eco-friendly insulation products.

That August, there was a 1-for-20 reverse split and another symbol change to AMNE.

No SEC filings since 2010.

CEO Terry Mixon died in 2011.

Cannabis company was granted a trademark for this name in 2017. (AMNE is considered to have abandoned their name?)

There is nobody home to file a "Form 15-12G - Termination of Registration of a Class of Security under Section 12(g)". Some here had speculated that the symbol was still active until the bankruptcy was completely adjudicated, but after more than a decade it's still hanging in limbo.

The transfer agent listed is Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co. This also happens to be the same agent used by the other American Green Group, so who really knows?

Maybe someone more knowledgeable can answer if otcmarkets screws these up from time to time?

IMHO, I'm holding out/hoping for someone to buy out the shell.
February 2021 was fun for these types of companies but there was a lot involved that played into the jump in stock price and volume.

Wishful thinking

I do not have any basis whatsoever and this is simply wishful thinking however, what if TGGI and AMNE where somehow still connected in even the slightest?

AMNE has had a little activity the past few weeks and this spurned a little wishful thinking.
Others checking the board from time to time may be able to help bring clarity either way.

Sudhakar: AMNE was previously suspended by the SEC so the company will never be able to satisfy the necessary disclosures to be compliant to Rule 15c2-11.

By Sept. 2021 the Amended Rule 15c2-11 becomes effective and AMNE will lose all Market Maker representations, including NO quotations.

Be advised, though, that Brokers (which may eventually include RBC) can elect to place all previously suspended stocks (Caveat Emptor on OTC Markets) on liquidating sell orders only, with no buy orders allowed. Brokers can choose to do that at any time they want to effect liquidating orders only....ie., Brokers do not have to wait until the Amended Rule 15c2-11 (ie FULL disclosures) comes into effect in Sept.

I did not see any clarity if this company is existed and is going to meet legal requirements in coming months of ban speculations

Great information.. can we buy from other trading accounts like RBC..if we need, I am not fancy on this stock but I bought at high and may have to average..some how I feel like I am stuck here on being crazy about and bought a lot and feel stupid now..

Shareholders who have AMNE stock held in TD Ameritrade accounts will only be allowed to sell their stock after May 25th and will not be allowed to buy any AMNE stock.

Once RULE 15c2-11 becomes effective in Sept. 2021 all OTC stocks that lose compliance to the Rule (ie., inadequate and incomplete disclosures) will lose market maker representation, ie., no quotations.

Brokers can elect to place stocks that are not currently compliant with Rule 15c2-11 on liquidating trades only....no buy orders accepted.

What will happen after May 25th ?

Sorry I did't mean that way.. I mean it was back to .00005 and .0001 of some trades yesterday, I have 15 Mil holding tightly..

Somehow I bought three stocks with caveat emptor crap....being trying to sell, but sell don't execute. lesson learned...$700 bucks down the education...LOL....at least my other triplers seem to be going to the upside....and so is almighty Doggy Dogecoin...

YES 400,000 shares today was first large volume day sine mid Feb when AMNE had 10 days in a roll of heavy trading like today and pps hit .0008.

Not me. A month ago AMNE was trading well over 300 million a day for about 10 days. PPs moved from .0002 to .0007 briefly. Volume reduced and the pps hung around .0004-.0005. it dropped another tic .0003 and now volume has dried up as pps has dipped even lower.

Time will tell .Not sure anyone knows what is going on

Don't know what you saw but in Google Street View I couldn't find a single reference to AMNE.

From the street view, it looks like they are a legit company. They have signage on their building. Not sure what's going on but I am watching.

It is hard to believe a stock like AMNE would trade for 10 days in a roll with volume over 300 million with confusion or buying the wrong symbol.

The last few days volume has dropped considerably .Not sure if anyone can identify 10 years of silence and 10 days of unusual activity.

I think it was getting confused with the other similar named company, but a lot of 10 year old dead stocks started to come alive. I rode them a little then decided to sell before they drop again
